CelebritiesRe: Tiwa Savage's Gorgeous Outfit To Afrimma Awards 2017 by RealMillennial(m): 2:19pm On Oct 15, 2017
This is good.
At least she lives up to her 'African Barbie' moniker.
Immediately I saw post I got scared; thought I'd see one Ladygaga-like madness Grammys outfit but dis is nice.
RomanceRe: Ways To Woo A Girl Without Using Money. by RealMillennial(m): 8:44pm On Oct 14, 2017
Ok guys, I appreciate Mr OP. This is more of guys helping guys get their acts right, so I'd like us to be clear n tie up loose ends.
Something bothered me through the whole post and comments: "Slay Queens!"
Evryone seems to raise a red flag against this dangerous species, yet there's no clear definition of who can or cannot be labelled a slay queen.
If u ask me, I find it hard picking the groundnut from the chaff these dayz o. Especially in dis part of d country (am a Calabar guy).
So bottomline, lets tell ourselves really who's a slay queen?
I can learn from ur experience.
PoliticsRe: Nigeria's Security, And The Need For A Missile Defence System. by RealMillennial(m): 8:08pm On Sep 09, 2017
cowleg:
I can help the Nigerian army build anti missile defense system. With radars mounted at strategic positions in our country and underground built anti missile long range rockets and anti missile rockets that can be mounted on vehicles. Any incoming offensive long range or Inter continental ballistic missile can be easily detected by our base stations on 247 surveillance, this triggers alarm system in strategic places including the base stations and command stations even at aso rock. Our surface to air anti missiles will be deployed to shot down the offensive missile before it reaches the dense populated area. We can build anti missles mounted in sub marine too.

At aso rock we will building a situation monitoring centre were the president can be briefed with live stream real time info from command center.
Bros chill first.
Did u say sub-marine?
All this war-movie, pentagon grammar you are telling us is entertainment at best.
Go look at the military history of nations that own those stuff, the intricacies of procurement n maintenance, their annual defence budget.
Lets build our economy and secure better quality of life for our people first.

Don't be surprised if some local cabal is after madam's life and she's privileged to know, hence this public rejection with a smile on her face.
Might be a survival-triggered act of wisdom not so much intergrity o. In our polity there's always more than meets d eye.
But I love it sha.
EducationRe: DELSU Cut-Off Mark For All Courses 2017/2018 by RealMillennial(m): 2:55am On Sep 09, 2017
Donald3d:
Na wa oo
What is education turning into
That time we dey pursue engineering admission for school the lowest you would see for any engineering course is 60 something.
We need a general overhaul of the educational sector ,why most you reduce cut off marks just because many people failed ?.
Students are no more serious .
Even the government is no more serious .
Imagine doing an engineering course without full practical , whats the essence ! huh
We would get there ,but first we need to start from secondary schools, the syllabus is pathetic.
Teachers are still using 1999 lesson notes(this is not a joke)
The world is moving forward ,I am afraid we are getting left behind.
Naso one lecturer dey argue with me that time ,I just had to shut up because i no wan enter wahala (very few of them update themselves)

Nigeria's problem is a simple sturv:
Give us good schools and learning environment ,with updated curriculum.
Give us 24hrs(ok out of pity 18hrs) electricity.
Better Telecom services (Including cheaper internet)
Better and affordable health care and equipment.
Good policies to ease doing business

And watch Nigeria fix itself in 10 years
Are all these too much to ask huh huh
That last part about 18hrs power, good schools, better comms n internet really got me smiling n nodding.
Its the kind of things I ruminate on a lot of times. Its actually the lack of these basics dat cripples our capacity to bring ideas to life n create the kind of life we want for ourselves. Not the big things.

Someone said "when there's no data, the people perish". People laughed over it but it wasnt a joke. Same applies to electricity in dis 21st century.
BusinessRe: The Promise Of Dangote’s $12bn Refinery by RealMillennial(m): 10:36am On Aug 28, 2017
soberdrunk:
As much as this refinery is a welcome development, i am not comfortable with this man's 'Monopolistic grip' on the Nigerian economy, it is not good for a fragile economy like ours....... angry
What is your point?
He isn't stopping anyone else from venturing into his same lines of business, is he?
This monopoly thing only appears so because too many of our millionaires & billionaires dont want to put their head down and grow something long-term in industry like this.
They'd rather stash it somewhere, put most of it in shady investments that cant help the system or invest in foreign economies.
Private sector giants with a big vision have always been doing what he's doing here - [i.e they try to establish their business in every major area of need within the economy, they make their brand indispensable], until healthy competition arrives.
I am not going to label him a political gamer just because no one else is doing what he does in that scope and the govt of d day seems to give him some privileges.
BusinessRe: Who Was The Richest Man In Nigeria Before Dangote? by RealMillennial(m): 8:21pm On Aug 24, 2017
Much as I'd love to see another rising star or undiscovered mogul beat that record, it doesn't look like there's any.
