Many thanks for sharing your recent experiences, learnt alot but want to know more....BTW would you mind having a tete-a-tete with me, please? As my application status reads "CV based SL cleared awaiting scheduling Interview" on this recent past opening for Executive trainee Refinery (9-16th Nov). bukkyche: Okay let me share this I did the test, group discussion, interview and psychometric test. While i was patiently waiting for the offer letter, I got a mail on tuesday to come for an interview on Friday. I was worried coz I had done that before and believe U me, it was hell an interview (coz I was among the first set that did the first day - THE LAB RATS). well, I thought to myself, "maybe they want me to redo the interview". I went there yesterday. We were 10 in number. I was the last to be interviewed. Now out of the other 9,only one did that test, a petroleum Engr. Others ddnt; some even said they couldnt remember applying to Dangote sef. Well my interview went very very very well (was happy I answered all d questions well). There were two Indians but not the ones that interviewed me the other time. One of us was told they have no vacancy for her because of her course of study and lack of Relevant experience. Believe me, the peeps in the HR department may not even have details or info about the offer mail. But whatever happens, I believe it will surely come. Let's just be patient. Best wishes all! |

Ametoe: Well I was not asked during AA interview, it was at Deliotte i.e the flight-(monster question) Ametoe: and what I told the interviewer was that a circle is a shape that has no beginning and has no end and then the interviewer said and, then I confuse i.e the fright Ametoe: but immediately I thought of defining it in relation to business as it is an organization so I immediately said it can be defined in relation to business as a continuity of innovation that in business one has to always come up with new ideas and never remain stagnant i.e the fight- Ametoe: and I believe it was a good answer because I got called to the next stage. In an interview both ones aptitude and attitude to fright and flight is exposed to see ones reaction and response time to fight a novel situation. Hence no silver bullet! |

According to mythology, the only thing that can kill a werewolf is a silver bullet but Fredrick P. Brooks in his book titled "No Silver Bullet" opined that there is no silver bullet & further argued that even if there is, you can still shoot yourself at the feet. In the novel "The Shepherd" by Fedrick Forsyth during an emergency situation the pilot has to fight the rising sense of panic that kills faster than anything else. Fight the flight and fright to grab that chance is key to successful interview. icecrown: LWTMB ....at that point in the interview session trust me this plenty English wey you knack so go disappear from your head.....lol seagullbabz: Abi nau, if anyone had told me, I wouldn't say the definition of circle, I would have said impossible... but at that moment in the interview, I couldn't even draw the inspiration. |

okzcorp: Its a coordination test, to ascertain your hand, eye and feet ability to synchronize and work independently. It comes in varying stages. At this stage, be very confident. Read the instruction carefully and follow them. You should fare well at this stage my friends. www.aero.ca/the_WOMBAT-CS.html
