In a way i am putting this here so that new traders can see...Although I am one. I was/is very scared of drawdowns as I dont like to see negative trades and before it gets to stoploss, I already close the trade thinking its a goner. Then all of a sudden the market retraces and never even gets to the stoploss and I see some breakeven later on in that trade. That is one of my mistakes and I say i would not do it again, although i found myself doing it last night and maybe it was because I wokeup and checked my phone was still in a bad trade so my brain wasnt responding fine when i just closed it without thinking.

the second thing is being patient. I thought I could stay all day babysitting the chart, although for me, its not much of a big deal if the charts are paying me by being in positive figures. .

The third thing I realized is that as I was not looking long term profits, I just wanted them quick quick..I placed short trades to take minimal profits and the account grows but one loss drags the whole effort down in one swoop and you are wondering if forex business is really meant for you. Maybe doing other things would be highly profitable.. Lol! I would like that other traders both experienced and beginners share their experiences and what goes through their heads during and after trades as it may help other people who are in the same position as yourself..
