Igbos should rather explore more strategic cum intellectual ways to exit rather than threatening and wailing.

For your info, many igbos are still enjoying Nigeria as it is. They are indifferent about Biafra or whatever.

Travel wide and see.
How I wish the Igbos leaders can speak with one voice like those in southern Cameroon are doing.

The UN, US, EU Britain have not listened to Kanu because they didn't see the Igbo leaders like past governors, senators, business people, academia and strategic intelligentsia.

Once all these fellows are involved then ground will start to shift.

A time will come when this will happen if nothing changes to settle the lingering issues in the polity.

Dear nairalander,

Yes this is what I mean without mincing words but also a clarion call for us southerners to wake up and smell the coffee.

What do y'all think the NIN SIM card registration process is for? Don't be surprised that the govt can this to disenfranchise voters in 2023 and as usual, instead for people (opps! southerners) to link same, y'all ranting on social media like the people that pull the strings and control resources in the country are on socail media and will read your rants.

While y'all all sleeping they have crafted their playbook and already running with it

Finally to the app......it is not compulsory that you must all like it and ironically again social media had become an emerging phenomenon and is gaining momentum in the North where they have first mover advantage with population so,if his northern people like the app....he will be fine.

The danger of a single story. I suggest y'all take a trip to the north, to see and immerse in their culture esp for those who think and feel life begins and ends on nairaland and in lagos state.

Cheers!
Have you seen any NIN queues in the north yet?

Some of you are saying that education is not for us, called us with all such of aggressive names. Why do you always hate North?. So is education only for southern parts?. How did your education help your societies?. Is their any groups that can says education is only for them?
Nobody hates the north.

In short the north tribes especially the Nupes, Gwaris, Jukuns, Beroms, Kanuris and Hausas are humble people but the Fulanis through their elites have made people view the whole north as domineering. Just look at what APC has turned Nigeria political space.

How can you take over Customs, NNPC, NPA, all in the south...plus all three arms of government and almost all top public positions INEC, Police, Immigration, DSS, EFCC, FCT, NCC, NITDA, SEC...name it?

I know you northerners will feel same strong emotions if a southern president behaves the same way.

So it rubs off on everything.

Equity brings peace and unity.

Which southerners made the North president? Check your facts. Even the swing states in the south had to depend on critical votes in the North to become swing states rhetorically.

The igbos are permanently divided and can't agree on a consensus candidate for any presidential election.

The yorubas are quick to betray their kin and sell out at the drop of a hat.

Visit all the federal agencies and see how the North has placed themselves. Any southerners in any critical position is either a stooge or puppet for the north.

So continue to wallow in your self delusional state of cheap talk and control on social media

Oh yes I am Southerner by the way.
Dear Southerner!

Effectively, you are saying that the north can win presidential election without the south?

Forget about what is happening now.

It has never happened in Nigeria before, where all the arms of government in controlled by one region and religion.
Politics › Re: Adamu Garba Steps Down As Crowwe CEO As Calls To Boycott His App Grows by Redcrafton: 8:40am On Jan 15, 2021
Reading comments here show that there is absolutely nothing like national unity in Nigeria.

People within same country detest themselves even more than the supposedly hatred from people in say Ghana, Kenyan or SA.

It's obvious we are all wasting our time in this country.

The earlier the country is renegotiated, the better for all.

Arrangements can be made so the the north can still have share of OIL and access to the ports...so they can operate in their own sharia country.

So would the East, West, South or middle belt.

People can then renegotiate to the group they want to relate with.

All these names like Aboki, Nyamiri, Ofem--manu, Beri Beri, Gambari, almajiri, baby factory, skull miners...shows that we are stupidly different and the unitary government has done more to cut the fault lines deeper.

Lol. Olodo always revising history fraudulently. The Yorubas, through MKO, won a Presidential election, often touted the most free and fair in the history of Nigeria, and you think that grave injustice should not be addressed after the 1999 return to democracy?

Abiola paid the ultimate price yet did that stop dishonorable Igbos from contesting the PDP 1998 Primaries through the challenge of Ekwueme? Why are Igbos now demanding others should step aside for them when Ekwueme contested the PDP primaries in 1998 and Okorocha contested the 2014 APC Primaries against Buhari when it was generally agreed the APC ticket was ceded to the North. Did you see a single Yoruba contest that 2014 Primaries?

You people are never principled or honorable yet you want to be beneficiary of such from others.

As per your BS about APGA, it is the usual dishonesty and revisionism from you Igbos. APGA refused to join APC and it was some of its individual members who did and not the Party in totality as was the case for ACN, CPC etal. This is obvious with how APGA continued to exist after the APC merger and the APC, CPC etal no longer did. You are shameless.

You guys are just too dishonest, desperate dishonorable and unprincipled to the point you are always ready to lie disgraceful and senselessly.
Formed in February 2013, the party is the result of a merger of Nigeria's three biggest opposition parties – the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), a faction of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) and the new PDP - a faction of then ruling People's Democratic Party.[13][14][15] The resolution was signed by Tom Ikimi, who represented the ACN; Senator Annie Okonkwo on behalf of the APGA; Ibrahim Shekarau, the Chairman of ANPP's Merger Committee; and Garba Shehu, the Chairman of CPC's Merger Committee....

Now who is extremely dishonest and treacherous....and should go to sleep ashamed?

That's the only way you can get it at ease but your leaders still receive allocations too .

IGBOs claim smartness and allow North to use them under PDP for 16 years. I don't see any Marginalization what I see is . Weak and selfish leaders from the South East and poor political strategy.
