I don't believe it too, but at the same time I'm afraid when I heard a lot of old people talking about it.
I feed them broiler finisher, cos I have some few broilers here and I don't want to be buying different types of feed.

I only take eggs to the hatchery if none of the local fowls are about to incubate.

7 days old eggs have higher probability of hatching.

very big I must say, the guy came begging for more the next day saying the meat is strong, he is a type of person that doesn't eat broilers even if it's a year old broiler. I sold it because of what I heard about frizzle, I initially wanted to eat it myself, but since they say it's a taboo to kill it with a knife or Cutlass.

My noiler has laid 17 eggs now.(2 were soft shelled, one got broken) so it's left with 14 eggs now.
It started laying this early December sha.
I have a strong conviction it will hatch them since they are fertilized.

don't think because they are fertile eggs the noiler will sit on them, it doesn't work that way. mine layed for more than 5 months before finally sit on them

They will come to price your broiler you will give them price they will promise you that they are coming back, next when you go see Dem nah old layers Dem go carry for hand. I have promised myself they I'm not going to be brooding till maturity unless na me wan chop am myself. Make I dey buy a bag of feed for 11k and someone will be pricing it anyhow. I reject it

almost all over the internet; the so called expert are claiming that it's not possible.
From this experience with noilers, I've decided not to believe anything on the internet until I prove it out personally.

on this, I think the internet is right, truly there are few noilers that brood and hatch their eggs, but the percentage is not even up to 1%.
Since I have been buying noilers I have never gotten one that brood it's egg untill I bought a carton from Noeloge83 on December 15th 2021, I saw two that are frizzle feathers among them, I sold them all at 4 weeks old and kept the 2 frizzle feathered. They grew up, one was male and the other was female, they started crossing and the female keep laying everyday, I used to eat those eggs untill after 4 months of laying she suddenly goes brooding, I have to give her 5 remaining eggs that I haven't eaten, thank God she hatched them, they are all grown now, and they will start laying in 2-3 weeks. That's my first noiler that brood her eggs, even since she has been laying , and suddenly she goes brooding again, as I no come get egg, I give am local turkey eggs, she don hatch 2 weeks ago, I carry the poult dey take care of them myself, I carry the female frizzle put for cage.
BTW I forgot to tell you that I sold the male frizzle in August for 10k

I suspect you are not really thinking commercial with that 1plot and especially with the way you are just planting this and that...I understand the feeling.
However, let me just hint you based on personal experience that the 1plot can give you a steady recharge card weekly money of nothing less than 5k minimum if put to good use(considering your environment and market). But to achieve that you will have to focus on just 1 or 2 types of vegetable. Mine was cucumber, ugwu and Tete coz d land was a little more than 2plots.

And for the organic fertilizer you plan to use, try and apply enough on the beds, leave it for a week if possible and turn the soil like twice within the time, wet d soil also. You will get a better result than applying directly after planting.

That's the river, very close to where I plant, just few centimeters

My only fear is sun, only little amount of sun reach where I planted, no much sun

Yes I forgot to mention that I have a little running river below the land, that's where I get water for watering day and night

Day 1 planting

On monday 5/12/2022, I just thought to myself that I'm going to start a small scale vegetable faring on a plot of land I have somewhere here in Ondo.
The land is just a plot of land, I'm not going to use the whole land, just a little space is enough. On Tuesday, I went to market, bought 1 milk can of efo tete seed and went to the land, clear a little space and till it and I planted the efo Tete.
I started falling in love with what I did on Tuesday, so the next day I went back and clear another place and still panted more efo Tete, next day Thursday, still went to plant efo Tete, okro and efo ooyo.
So far, I have planted efo amunututu, tomatoes, and ball pepper, which I plan to transplant when they grow.

tete normally starts germination the very next day if watered properly while okra takes atleast 3 days to germinate.

ha, mine started the fourth day

So far I have planted okro and efo ooyo and efo Tete, but it has not started germinating yet
