TravelRe: Air Fares Fall As New Local Operators Board by Redstone(m): 7:34am On Dec 03, 2014
More airlines should be encouraged to come in. Better days ahead. I remember the first time I visited Calabar in 1990, NIGERIA airways was 159 Naira, later ADC came and was charging 220 Naira, Okada airline was 180 Naira. Funny how things have really changed.

PoliticsRe: APC drops Fashola As potential Vice Presidential Candidate. by Redstone(m): 12:58pm On Dec 01, 2014
Why not uncle Fashola for governor and Amaechi VP. I think Amaechi had been at the fore front of the battle against His once loved party PDP. Doesn't he deserve a VP candidacy ? Why? Must power return to the north for us to have peace in Nigeria?

I guess Fashola/Amaechi ticket will make the northerners abandon APC and reawaken their CPC party.

She should be punished but not death. They are contemplating on death sentence because the north practise sharia. Sharia is opposite to democracy. Why would a religion endorse child marriage. Barbaric law of a barbaric religion.
Please this is Nigeria, why would one part of the country be under sharia?

Her father forced her to marry a man she didn't love, the same father is the one pleading for the life of his daughter to be spared. I hope he has learned his lessons not to force his daughters to marry against their will.
What does a 14 year old know about love? The father just married her off for some coins. The father should also face trial for marrying off a minor.

Calm down bro, I think the guy is just being sarcastic. By the way, that was a total violation of the girl child. Where are our mothers, the campaigners for girl child right, this is the time to defend the girl now. She was married off when she has not attained the legal of marriage.

I don't use words out of context YES mr. GEJ is beast! Mainly literary, a dangerous or strange one. He had done a lot to deserve even more than calling him a beast. He never told me while campaigning dat he would hike the price of petroleum, I voted him in and he did. He promised employment, non till now even as we agreed to believed him when himself and his cabinet members knew we've lost interest in them. What is the impact of the subsidy reinvention program on unemployeed youth in Nigeria? Division of my country men and women on religion, ethnic and tribal basis thereby resulting in hatred nd soul massacre. Today, igbo and ijaws are threatening us "we must reelect Jonathan else, there would be problem" the northerners are also saying that if MGB loose there is going to be war! Who caused this if not d most dangerous GEJ! a power thirst element that used his disloyalty and unfaithful political jimicks to create problems within their party wigs PDP. The fact that I described OBJ as a tyranny does not mean GEJ can not learn from him afterall, we all goes to school to learn from both good and bad teachers at the same time, played and keep friendship with people of good and bad xters yet it doesn't make us a bad person. If only your GEJ is clever and smart enough, he should have gathered enough from OBJ atleast to save him from been clueless, incompetent and been ridiculed nationally. His speech and visit to Awo versity was another political error as other Yoruba elders and leaders would see it as relegation and neglection of their relevancy.
Since 1960, show me any president or head of state who had fulfilled his electoral promises to the electorate. Show me one please. They are all the same bro. It's all about politics

he only aired his opinion. Why try to convince him it isn't obvious. If GEJ is destined o failed , no principality can stop that. His obvious thought don't change anything as long as God is concerned according to you.you are the one who needs to start thinking like man perhaps.
We cannot be certain who wins 2015 elections. You only have 1 vote likewise every other Nigerian. We all can vote once. If God says GEJ will not win, then that is the will of God for the country. No one will die because if that. We don't even know what coming after 2015 elections. I wish we could all see into the future, maybe then we will all stop worrying.

Where are your manners? You must be a miscreant. Why would you tell your fellow being to go and die just because he expressed his opinion over bad government led by your persistent failure President GEJ (a mere class repeater!). Today, Lagos state generates 75% of the state IGR, who do you think is the brain behind this? We are respecting Tinubu for standing his ground against tyranic PDP government of Obasanjo and imposition of his party allies. We are respecting Tinubu for given us a humanitarian governor BRF and not a beast like Jonathan! The Yorubas are good listener that is the main reason why we've always been sorted after for centuries. We know when to act nd when to hold back. Your GEJ is a learner! OBJ and Asiwaju would given him some toturials on Naija politics perhaps he is ready to bow down his false pride and ego!
Read your lines. So why call GEJ a beast? What has he done to deserve such comments from you?
You call OBJ a tyrant, yet you want him to give GEJ some tutorial. You are not making any sense bro.

It's too late for Jonathan to start regreting. It's obvious he is losing in 2015. He even knows it. Is there any problem among the Yoruba people? Why this gathering on unity? What kind of gathering of traditional Yoruba rulers you only find the Ooni of Ife and the Owo Ibokun of Ijeshaland as the only prominent? Where are the Alaafin of Oyo, the Oba of Lagos, the Olubadan of Ibadan, the Awujale of Ijebu, the Alake of Egba, the Soun of Ogbomosho, the Osamawe of Ondo, the Deji of Akure, the Akran of Badagry, etc? How come the Ataoja of Oshogbo in Osun State was not present?
Think for once my friend. The truth is bitter. The speaker if the house was supposed to go to Mulikat from SW but her people betrayed her. You are not God, if GEJ I destined to win 2015 election, no principality can stop that. Learn to think like a human because you are not God to say "it's obvious he would lose"

philipstweets:
Good evening pals, just got back from work and i want to share my story with you. I also need your contribution and experiences.

I work at Festac but i live at Apapa. I boarded a Mile 2 bus at Festac. When I got to mile2 bustop by 7:30pm, I boarded a danfo bus (LT35) to Apapa. The bus has five rows and i was at the middle. As we left mile2, there was traffic immediately after the bridge.

While pressing my phone, the girl at the extreme back near the window who was pressing her phone shouted "JESUS!!!!" We all looked back thinking that the truck behind us was about to hit us.

However, what we saw was a young guy in all black attire and a face cap trying to pick up something from the floor outside.

Suddenly, the conductor started shouting "Ole! Ole!! Ole!!!" (thief thief thief)

Before the conductor could even get down from the bus, the guy took to his heels. He ran into the other side of the road and we didnt see him again.....That was when we realized that he had stolen the Samsung S5 belonging to the girl sitting near the window..

And that was it, the phone was gone just like that. I was in shock till i got home.

Share your own Mile 2 experience.
By now someone would have bought the stolen phone from these guys.

Please guys when next you buy a smart phone, tablets or computer, try and visit www.fortereg.com to register it. It is free. If she had done this, she might still be able to recover the phone.

Wise up and sign up.
