Pls which ministy has the greatest measure of transfomation this year.
Pls no political favouritism.If every ministry tried its best there will surely be one that will have the greatest transformation and if every ministry isn't working very well there will also be one that will be superior to others.

What is senseless in creating university at least it will increase the number of people admitted yearly

Well an important thing in this agriculture project is bad rail transport

That will be great if it is achieveable coz it will create employment.
And if the right goes to many company there will be competetion which can reduce the price. how can u expect somebody who buy rice at high price at foreign country and also pay importation due on them 2 sell rice lower than those that buy it in nigeria.
