Fraba: hmmm. i actually have a plot of 500 sqm and a looking to develop something of this sort. can it be sized down to scale and still have parking?

I see, maybe re-design is a better option to scale down. Considering you have a much smaller plot, we can re-design it to a 4 bedroom semi-detached house, with standard sizes of all the spaces and features same with the 5 bedroom semi-detached house and also with parking.

Fraba: what is the minimum size needed for this?

It was designed on a 700sqm area of land, considering its an estate in Lekki where they required special setbacks (6m at the back, 3m on the sides, 9m at the front) low / no fence etc. It can re-designed to fit a much smaller plot though.
