foryourmindlol:That is a testament to Nigerian fairness and integrity. It also shows that Igbos are not victimized and oppressed, contrary to your claims and your satanic hatred of the country. If Nigeria had an IQ high enough to defeat Biafra why are Igbos the richest in while the same Yoruba and Northerners that "won" the imaginary "winning" are now Almajiri scattered everywhere begging for alms and cutting human vigina for rituals? You should worry about all the millions of people in Nigeria and abroad whom your Igbo drug dealers have killed, supplying cocaine, heroin, LSD and other deadly drugs to. |
foryourmindlol:Go and ask your state governor his plan to develop your Igbo state without looting. The Lagos-Ibadan you're talking about, the portion that has been constructed has actually fallen apart even before the work is reaching 25%.Yawwnnn. That road is being rebuilt after your southern leaders embezzled the money for its rehabilitation. No surprise it's hard to fix given the years of neglect by your PDP that was in power for 16 years doing noting but stealing. Look at UAE(Dubai), look at yourself and other people who found oil roughly when Nigeria did. Now ask yourself whether Nigeria is developing forward or backwards?UAE has THREE TMES Nigeria's oil reserves, and exports THREE TIMES more oil and gas than Nigeria per day. Her population is just 10 million. Expecting Nigeria to be ''like Dubai'' is a sign of your low IQ and ignorance. Meanwhile see picture of Ibadan then and now and ask yourself same questionI can show you NUMEROUS PLACES in London, New York, Paris etc that look exactly the same today as they did 100 years ago!!! Mumu. Abeg return to your spare parts shop! |
foryourmindlol:After your leader Ojukwu fled and you surrendered, Gowon declared a No Victor No Vanquished policy, and ordered Nigerian troops to drop their weapons and return to the barracks. Without that order from Gowon, Nigerian troops would have annihilated the Igbo ethnic group and changed the name of your ciies to Hausa and Yoruba names. You would not be alive today without that order from Gowon, as your parents would have been annihilated before they could give birth to you.. THANK Nigerians for your existence. |
foryourmindlol:No purpose? Independent Nigeria educated you, whereas your grandpa was a village llliterate under British colonial looting. Be grateful for Tafawa Balewa and independence, or you would be an illiterate village palmwine tapper like your forbears. Assuming the statement is true why is China with 1.2bn population having 24 hours electricity even without producing crude oil while 200m Nigerian people is struggling with 4 hours of electricity?Dumbo, Nigeria is where China was roughly 30 years ago. China was a developing country with all the problems Nigeria faces. There was also a time Nigeria had only one expressway. Lagos - Ibadan. Flyovers existed only in Lagos back then. Today the story has changed. So Nigeria is also developing, with or without your consent. |
foryourmindlol:You have the option to use the 1st Niger bridge IF the 2nd is tolled. If that is not good enough for you, GO AND HANG. Yeah, Niger Delta money does not belong to Igbos. It belongs to you and Buhari's bandit brothers in Niger Republic.WHO IS BEGGING FOR UNITY WITH YOU? Your terrorist leader Kanu was offered the 5 Igbo states for his Biafra and he refused, saying he also wants Rivers, Benue etc. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/07/rejected-biafra-5-igbo-states-nnamdi-kanu/ THAT is the problem. The fact that you want to secede with NIGERIAN LAND, WHICH WE WILL NEVER LET YOUI DO IN A MILLION YEARS. If you wanna fight, we will blow you out of existence. |
foryourmindlol:Liar. Nigeria produces far more than ''4 hrs electricity'', plus Afghanistan's population is just 30 milion plus, and it is ALWAYS easier and quicker to fully electrify small developing countries than large ones. So run along and go live in AFGHANISTAN. But of course you won't cos you couldn't survive 2 minutes there. |
foryourmindlol:Shut up. You don't KNOW the program for the bridge. NO DECISION has been made on whether it will be tolled or not, and you have the option to use the 1st NIger Bridge. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2022/03/2nd-niger-bridge-for-commissioning-in-oct-2022-gambari/ And even if it is tolled, it is far better than no bridge at all, with the money embezzled into Jonathan and Diezani's foreign bank accounts. The same Buhari that used our money and built free roads and is now building railway to his bandit brothers in Niger Republic using Nigeria's Niger Delta oil money?Niger Delta oil money is not Igbo money. You produce palm kernels in Igbo land. Mind your business. |
Buhari this. Sharia that. The SHARIA MAN IS BUILDING YOUR 2ND NIGER BRIDGE WORTH 1.5 BILLION DOLLARS. Your fellow southern christian Ebele Jonathan embezzled the money for the bridge and shared it among Diezani Madueke and co to buy 12 million dollar bra and mansions and private yachts across Europe and America. WORTHLESS. |
foryourmindlol:OH SHUT UP......Half of Afghanistan's population live in extreme poverty. Their GDP per capita is 2,000 dollars compared to Nigeria's 5,100 dollars. They are in a terrible state out there, and Nigeria giving them 1 million dollars in aid is a humanitarian gesture. If you don't like it, go and rot in hell, you and ASUU. Is 1 million dollars more than the money ASUU chiefs have embezzled from the numerous govt allocations they've received? The worst university under ASUU is in better shape than Afghanistan's best universities. |
foryourmindlol:Illiterate spare parts dealer. Did you know of the word 'shithole' before your master Trump started throwing it around like the wild dog he is? This is the Ukrainian embassy in Abuja, not that crap your demonic self posted. https://www.icirnigeria.org/icirup/2022/02/Russia-Ukraine-embassy.png |
foryourmindlol:Cannibal, stop posting fake images and fake videos of Abuja. That last picture you posted shows Asian people, not NIGERIANS, and is clearly NOT Abuja, you lying demon. Also, villages and illegal settlements OUTSIDE Abuja are NOT part of Abuja. We have been to Abuja and know EXACTLY what Abuja is like. Satanic person. . . . . Abuja Nigeria: https://gbaradi.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/abuja-3.jpg https://commonedge.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Abuja-Urbanscape-1000x625.jpg |
foryourmindlol:Animal. You hate Nigeria, yet you bring your dirty self to a Nigerian forum daily. Don't any of you worthless, semi-literate IPOB cannibals have the brains to build a forum to interract? Your Igbo brothers commit most of the fraud and drug dealing you're moaning about, including cannibalism. Go and sort yourselves out and leave NIGERIA out of your debacle, you demented little frog. |
foryourmindlol:GO AND LIVE IN SOMALIA THEN. Animal. Somalia: https://static01.nyt.com/images/2006/05/28/world/29somalia_pageone.jpg https://ifex.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/somalia-attack-journalist-bomb-getty.jpg https://muslimhands.org.uk/_ui/images/68ed5fa9f889.jpg Source: https://www.google.com/search?q=ISOMALIA+SLUMS&tbm=isch&ved=2ahUKEwintabQo7r2AhUrh_0HHTl5A-sQ2-cCegQIABAA&oq=ISOMALIA+SLUMS&gs_lcp=CgNpbWcQAzoHCCMQ7wMQJzoECAAQQzoFCAAQgAQ6BwgAELEDEEM6CAgAEIAEELEDOgYIABAKEBhQ7xFYlR9gtCFoAHAAeAGAAcQBiAGqB5IBBDEzLjGYAQCgAQGqAQtnd3Mtd2l6LWltZ8ABAQ&sclient=img&ei=D0UpYufxJauO9u8PufKN2A4&bih=1073&biw=2048#imgrc=rRLHMmD_6pLhTM |
foryourmindlol:ABEG SHUT UP, LIAR. Why didn't you post the latest 2022 figures initially, instead of the 2020 one? You have an agenda here to portray Nigeria as the worst, because you are an evil person. India is a very poor country, and there is no ''competition'' among developing nations except in your self-hating, inferiority complex ridden head. https://i.ytimg.com/vi/jPZp_ICmfhE/maxresdefault.jpg https://www.thetimes.co.uk/imageserver/image/%2Fmethode%2Ftimes%2Fprod%2Fweb%2Fbin%2F55f71e1e-7f15-11ea-b437-a2f12268f8d1.jpg |
. . . SEE, WHEN YOU COME IN HERE AND LIE AGAINST NIGERIA, YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE FOLKS LIKE ME TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT. . . . |
foryourmindlol:LIAR FROM HELL. You are posting worthless rubbish from two years ago. The LATEST edition (2022) of World Terrorism Index places Nigeria at 6TH, not 2nd, meaning we are finally TURNING THE CORNER. We can CONFIDENTLY expect next year's figures to show a further depreciation in Nigeria's rankings, with the success govt has had in recent months against BH.: Latest stats: 1 Afghanistan 2 Iraq 3 Somalia 4 Burkina Faso 5 Syria 6 Nigeria 7 Mali 8 Niger 9 Myanmar 10 Pakistan 11 Cameroun 12 India 13 Mozambique 14 Colombia 15 Egypt https://reliefweb.int/sites/reliefweb.int/files/resources/GTI-2022-web.pdf |
foryourmindlol:Not according to the world poverty clock. 56% of Somalia live in 'extreme poverty'. https://worldpoverty.io/map By the way, when are you packing your dirty bags and moving to Somalia? We can't wait. |
foryourmindlol:Shut up, LIAR. Who told you that only 83 million Indians ''are poor''? Better get your dumbass to India and see mass poverty. Mumu people typing rubbish. As for the 'poverty capital' tab, it is based on the NUMBER of people in a country living in extreme poverty, and has NOTHING to do with 'percentages'. INDIA now has 83 million in extreme poverty, while Nigeria has 70 million, down from the previous 87 million, meaning INDIA is the 'poverty capital of the world' today. END OF STORY. Any other configuration you draw up in your self-hating heads is your business. The world has said what the truth is. If YOU decide that 'percentages' is what you use to define your 'poverty capital' then Nigeria is NOT that poverty capital, since there are MANY OTHER COUNTRIES with over 33% extreme poverty. Somalia for example has 56% of its population in extreme poverty. Eritrea, 76% Guinea-Bissau, 65% Congo DRC, 72% etc etc https://worldpoverty.io/map There are many countries in Africa with 50, 60, 70% extreme poverty rates, eg Niger Republic, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone etc, so by WHATEVER criteria you use, Nigeria is NOT the world's 'poverty capital' today. Now run along and look for something else to hate yourselves for. |
naijaking1:I think the closest we came to having such a leader was Gen. Murtala Ramat Muhammed. The same day this man came to power, corruption and mismanagement literally ended in Nigeria. That is how uncompromising he was. But he was assassinated after 7 months in power, reportedly at the instigation of the CIA. If we are to have such a leader again, he would need to be given ultra-maximum personal security. |
9japride:The solution to this cultural disunity is a benevolent dictatorship, I reckon. I doubt democracy will be able to midwife the task of national re-orientation. It will just lead to disagreements and disputes. |
9japride:The Chinese did something similar in the last century. In a country reeling with corruption, poverty, and underdevelopment, they introduced Confucian principles in nursery/primary/secondary schools. Confucius of course was the great Chinese philosopher of 500 BC who set out principles for living, which relate to frugality, wisdom, self-sufficiency, honesty, patriotism, etc. Most Chinese adults of today grew up imbibing Confucian principles. So it can work in Nigeria. The problem is how do you reach consensus in a democratic setting on how to do it? Who do we choose to be our 'Confucius'? Our Ghandi? Our Mandela? Will he be acceptable to all regions and religions of the country? Or perhaps we can create a new thought paradigm without an inspirational personality? Historically, these attempts at 'social engineering' seem to succeed only under repressive, authoritarian rule. |
9japride:Great contribution, albeit slightly depressing with the thought of having to wait for current toddlers to be future drivers of change. Regarding the highlighted, I believe Nigerians' minds were messed up by colonialism, not by ''successive bad govts''. The attitude of preferring foreign made to Nigerian made started during British colonial rule. The colonial govt discouraged Nigerian industry and favoured the importation of just about everything from England, in order to enrich that country. Which of course is the prime objective of every colonial adventure. |
jconsulting:It is the name of the president that built your bridge, since the names you prefer, lIke ''Ebele Jonathan'' embezzled the money meant for the bridge, using it to fund 12 million dollar bra for Diezani and other girlfrends. |
9japride:Peter Obi can do nothing to change Nigeria if Nigerians maintain their current habits, in my view. At most he will achieve cosmetic changes. He cannot create jobs out of thin air, if Nigerians won't patronise their own products. Russia and China used raw coercion and barbaric dictatorship and repression to force their people to look inwards. Millions were killed and jailed in the process. Read up on Stalin's tactics. We don't need that. |
Skyview01:Thank you. |
9japride:HOW? How will a ''good and focused leader'' make our women pay as much for a NigerIan branded handbag as they would an Italian one? Or make the average Nigerian stop pestering his govt employed relative for illicit funds and contracts? When will you people take personal responsibility? We did not need a ''good and focused leader'' to make Nollywood and Afrobeats the booming industries they are today. All it took was a collective change in consumer behaviour by the people. |
Nollywood - the 2nd or 3rd largest film industry on Earth, employing over a million Nigerians, is a shining example of what can happen when Nigerians decide they want to patronise Nigerian-made. Suddenly, the usual excuses of ''poor infrastructure, lack of enabling environment'' etc etc, held no sway, and Nollywood exploded regardless. Today, it accounts for 18% of our annual GDP. Nigerian music is now a worldwide phenomenon and staple, producing major international superstars, and employing thousands of people, because at some point Nigerians decided they'd had enough of US R&B and hiphop, and preferred Afrobeats. Imagine if we extend that pro-Nigeria attitude to other industries. To every other industry. Joblessness would vanish overnight. Living standards would improve dramatically. We have the power. |
Ussycool:Again, you are putting the cart before the horse. Blaming govt as usual. You will NEVER have reliable power supply until majority of you start to patronise Nigerian made goods, which will create the economic boom that will lead to a massive increase in govt revenue and the national budget via business taxes. I'm talking of an economic boom that will override the effects of corruption. An economic boom that sees our annual budget rise from the current, pitiful 35 billion dollars a year to 200 billion dollars or more. South Africa has an annual budget of 125 billion dollars for its 60 million people. Our oil income is a pittance for our 220 million population. ECONOMIC DIVERSIFICATION IS THE WAY TO GO, and it will not work if Nigerians maintain their current habit of preferring foreign-made goods over Nigerian. Curb the societal tendency to push your relatives into corruption by your demands and criminal expectations. END YOUR DYSFUNCTIONAL MENTALITY, and everything else will fall into place. |
The average Nigerian hears that his brother/son/uncle/daughter/wife/father/friend etc has just been appointed a state governor. Immediately, he starts to emotionally blackmail the new appointee into making him 'rich', either through cash handouts or via contracts which he is not qualified to execute. Your own PARENTS, WIFE, and KIDS will call you a fool if you don't enrich yourself excessively while in office. They will even say you are cursed. The mad man who spat out the juicy fruit the gods placed in his mouth. So why would there not be corruption? 'Our leaders' are corrupt because WE are corrupt. |
Our problem is not really about ''our leaders'', who after all are derived from us, not from outer space. Our mentality as a people is the No 1 problem we have. For example, the only reason we have unemployment in Nigeria is NOT because of the usual govt blaming excuses we give, such as ''poor power supply, poor infrastructure, corruption'' etc. The REAL reason we have unemployment in Nigeria is that Nigerians prefer foreign made goods over Nigerian made goods. Contrast that with an average Chinese man who will rather buy a 'substandard' Chinese made product, than its western counterpart. He knows that by so doing, he is building up his country's industries, and his children's future. A typical British man believes that goods made in England are superior to anything made outside, even though that belief is baseless and unfounded. But Nigerians will laugh at you and mock you if you wear Nigerian made shoes. ''You are wearing Aba made! Local champion. Village man. Poor man!''. Women will happily pay a million naira or more for a Fendi handbag, but scream blue murder if you charge them 100k for a Nigerian branded handbag. That one million naira you are sending to Italy, is every bit as corrupt as stealing from the national coffers. Nigeria could save millions of dollars in capital flight per annum if Nigerian women decided to simply braid or plait their hair instead of importing Brazilian dog hair. If all Nigerians decide tomorrow that they will only patronise Nigerian made goods, unemployment will disappear overnight and millions of new businesses will spring up to meet the new demand. In fact, jobs would be so plentiful that we would need to import labour from neighbouring countries to fill positions. We have no idea how much power we have to transform this nation. Instead we lay everything at the feet of a tiny few people we call ''our leaders''. That has to change. |
WhizdomXX:Look bro, our problem is not just about ''our leaders''. Our attitude as a people is the No 1 problem we have. For example, the only reason we have unemployment in Nigeria is that Nigerians prefer foreign made goods over Nigerian made. Contrast that with an average Chinese man who will rather buy a 'substandard' Chinese made product, than its western counterpart. But Nigerians will laugh at you and mock you if you wear Nigerian made shoes. ''You are wearing Aba made! Local champion. Village man. Poor man''. Women will happily pay a million naira or more for a Fendi handbag, but scream blue murder if you charge them 100k for a Nigerian branded handbag. If all Nigerians decide tomorrow that they will only patronise Nigerian made goods, unemployment will disappear overnight and millions of new businesses will spring up to meet the new demand. |
abbey621:Stop lumping all ''African leaders'' together. Every country in Africa is different. Some have stable power supply and good roads, while others are still working on it, since power and infrastructure are not an abracadabra magic issue, but require decades of investment, especially in developing countries with large populations. Forum of ignoramuses drowning in inferiority complex. Your 'superior' white leaders are busy leading you to nuclear cataclysm due to their greed for land, selfishness, and distrust of each other. They are the ones you should be worried about if you had a working head.. |
