The Sales Development Representative is an entry level position and will generate buying demand for the schools' programmes from individuals and organisations throughout West Africa. This position is based in Victoria Island, Lagos and will require daily attendance at our Lagos offices. A typical workday is comprised of making 50-80 calls to individuals who are seeking career advancement and encouraging them to meet with our consultants to discuss their career development goals. Sometimes you will have to talk the customer through the download and completion of our application form. A typical workday is comprised of using various internet based research resources to locate prospects for the school’s programmes and making 50-80 calls to engage key contacts. In addition you will be calling those people who have requested information about our programmes. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving market share and qualifying leads. The Sales Development Representative will also be responsible for running regional campaigns focused primarily on cold calling, developing and qualifying leads. A key requirement is to conduct business dealings with prospects/customers in a way that creates a superior prospect/customer experience that will set the stage for future referrals for The School. Must be proficient with HTML and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. You will be responsible for the development of various company websites.
