Politics / Re: Dapo Abiodun Rolls Out Palliative Measures In Ogun State by reiddecuti: 6:45pm On Feb 24
The style of government we practice in Nigeria will never save us, neither will it take us to the eldorado we dream of.

The systematic failure in government and I don't care attitude of the people to follow up with the day to day activities of government is what led us to where we are now. We will still be in this mess for a very long time cos I've never seen government doing anything different and the masses too.

Sharing palliative won't address or save the situation. At the end of the day, just as it has happened in the past countless times, the palliatives won't be accounted for.

Politics / Re: Subsidy: Tinubu Reaping The Consequences Of His Hasty Decisions - Babachir Lawal by reiddecuti: 6:32pm On Feb 24
Man doing everything to justify his incompetence.

Man doing everything to prove the Igbo's right when they said Tinubu just like Buhari is incompetent and a disaster.

Man doing everything to justify to Nigerians that weder "na statistics we go chop."

Man doing everything to justify to Nigerian that indeed, not winning the 2023 election on a land slide means that Nigerians never wanted him, in fact, he rigged himself into power by grabbing it, snatching it and running with it.

Man doing everything to prove to Nigerians that indeed he build Lagos and reaching the time for him to build Nigeria, cement finish, dollars began to change for #1900+, that's to say he never layed the foundation of Lagos not to talk of building it.

Man doing everything to prove to Nigerians that he's a definition of fraud and have nothing to contribute to Nigeria.

Finally, na the agbadorian that have sold their conscience and self worth by defending a physical failure I dey pity.

Let's keep enjoying the Nigeria of our dream until we all get sense by fire by force grin grin grin

Timoleon:

It's the same in every country. Democracy is an illusion everywhere. A pretence that the people make their own government. But do they really?

Truly "democracy is an illusion." It is a government for the few but In Africa, mostly in Nigeria, every atom of sanity in democracy has been eroded and murdered

When you're presented with 3 daredevils to make a choice. Nigeria is still far away from practicing democracy. The people are missing in action because of how the political parties conduct themselves.

This is what you get when you run a government of ethnicity, nepotism...

Buhari did it for 8 years and wrecked the economy. Now, Tinubu is tailing on that path to bury Nigeria.

The man whom became president with NEPA certification came and wrecked the economy within 8 years and the man who became a student before the school was founded is now doing everything he knows to bury the economy.

Truth is these men ruling us have no allegiance to motherland Nigeria.

Still waiting for Tinubu to build Nigeria as he built Lagos.

Lawan Senate was called a "robber stamp"

When Akpabio was made the Senate President, I know immediately that Nigeria is in soup. Man is a proper definition of crook.

From the presidency to the cabinet and the leadership of the legislative to the members, there's nothing to expect from them rather than more and more plunging of Nigeria into more disaster.

If we really want the development of this country, it is within us to demand for it. If we keep folding our hands expecting these folks to deliver democracy, we're in for a long ride. On their own they can't cos they'll love to see the status quo maintained.

After all, the greatest book on earth (bible) said, the Kingdom suffereth violence and the violent taketh it by force.

So, if we need our dear Nigeria, we should go for it.

Nigeria problem is deep rooted, and is currently overwhelmed by long decay in the system.

Frankly speaking, I find nothing exciting about this country again, absolutely nothing.

Do you think is possible to happen again in nigeria?

fergie001, Mynd44, OAM4J Seun Nlfpmod

People should not be lost in asking "if this or that is possible in Nigeria."

Nigeria is structured in such a way that "that things that are impossible in other countries are possible in Nigeria.

That's why you heard such annoying news as 'snake swallowed money' and nothing happened, 'monkey swallowed money' and nothing still happen. A country where criminals, bandits, terrorists will attack villages kill people in tense, hundreds, tense of hundreds and nothing still happens.

Should I continue to list 'em all out?

Welcome to Nigeria of all possibilities both good and bad.

I'm no longer surprise, why because Nigeria is structured for such to always happen.
