Your uncle is a pensioner. He probably worked in an era when Obasanjo reigned supreme in the days of Operation Feed the Nation and Green Revolution.

Meaning he must have worked for decades before retirement. So you mean that in the years your uncle worked for a living, he could not learn how to
prepare land. plant suckers and apply manure, then water them; things I learnt and did as a child. What does it really take to learn these things and practice them?

I am sorry to say this. Your uncle has lost his money. That is the price he has to pay.

Everything in this world has a price. When and how you this price is paid, as well as the ultimate cost to the individual depends on how that individual lives his life.

The things you fail to do as a youth to secure your old age, end up costing a heavy price years later.

Thanks for your words but please don’t assume what you don’t know about, my uncle is registered blind and he has been for over 20 years hence his investing in what he thinks will enable him to get returns without actually working on the land or anything when you can’t see. Jehus is still promising tomorrow everyday nothing so far.

Remioshy,
You can see how this person came in, registered a new account today. To do what? To buy more time. Sister, make more noise on the internet. Move to twitter, instagram, and facebook. Enter their social media groups and make some noise. As long as you have a contract with them, your uncle is right. Please tell the man to go for recovery of all his investment..Not just dividend ooo. Tell him to move fast to cash out all his money fast. He must insist. Let them pay him now. Get social media influencers to trend the scam online. I am.sure they will not want to it blow up now and they will quickly settle your uncle. Act fast cos the signal is there that your uncle can collect his money if he makes serious trouble. Instead of the useless customercare to tell you he will contact you. Is he not the one to contact you privately fast? He is a joke telling you to email him. Very useless customer person. Move fast. Go to every platform you know to make the noise. Trust me, they are about collecting investments from another set of people so they dont want it blow up. Move fast and let the old man cash out 100% now

Goodluck
@Attit

Thanks a lot, you were right, their MD did contact my uncle yesterday saying they saw what was posted on Nairaland and tried to explain what happened and promised to pay him by Friday or Monday, I don’t believe them , having been giving promises for months and my uncle will call and call no one picks, if they pick it’s tossing him here and there. Well Friday or Monday is nearly here , we wait and see.

Hello Everyone
please is anyone here has or knows who has invested in Jehus Farm Estate. My Uncle invested his pension in their Plantain farm Estate 2 years ago and to be paid returns every 6 months after 1 year . He was paid once last year and he is supposed to be paid again 4 months ago but since then it has been one excuse or the other. First it was COVID 19, then EndSars protest was used as excuse too, he was promised 15th of November and since then he has been calling everyday more than 10 times no one picks and the MD, one Mr Richards refused to answer his calls too. My Uncle is desperate, he depends on this money for sustenance . and he doesn’t know what to do especially now that they refused to answer calls .

I am sure it can’t be only him, other investors too must be having same issues. This was an investment that they promised is backed by insurance.
Please if anyone knows Jehus Farms Limited please tell them to pay this Old man . He invested his money so he can have money to use and not starve.

Thanks

There is nothing anyone can do here to help you but abuse your uncle. This is the truth. But you may get good words. Please, do not let this raise your hope.

Sister, let me share the honest truth with you. The kind of profit in Agric in Nigeria is extremely high that if the first season is successful, no need to ever borrow again. So, you can run a farm by starting just 10 to 20% of your full capacity. If you get this 10% right, you can expand easily. No need to borrow again. In such case, farmers borrow short or medium term and pay off fast. Most farmers do not do long term. If small profit can make you expand easily, why do you need long term? It is when one is doing a project in millions of dollars this can happen. And I can tell you that 99% of these companies are not capable of running big farms. They always run into troubles. They collect huge amount of money and use the same capital to pay 1st to 3rd dividends. Why? To buy time to run away. Or some of them might be hopeful things will get better. They still call for more and more investments while the debts are huge. They use the new investment to pay old investors dividends again to buy more time. When it is clear they cannot manage it, they gather fund and run out of the country. Many

started with good intention but are overwhelmed with farming challenges.

I have told you the truth. Goodluck! [/quote

Thanks for your words,i think this is what possibly happened, at least if they had Paid him enough to cover his investments then he can at least knows has gotten his investment just no profit. It is so sad

Palm oil business in Nigeria is a very lucrative and profitable business and this is a fact. I have seen many persons who were actually nobody but today this business have taken them from grass to grace. We have a very detailed feasibility study palm oil processing business plan which can be used for Bank Loans, Business Grants, Proposal for Competitions Etc.  The weather condition of our country favours this business so well. Even our rich soil also makes this business very profitable. But if this natural resources are put into good utilization, this can turn you into a millionaire within a short time.

Do know Presco? They are currently one of the largest red oil producers in the country.  Let me tell you something. The Edo state government was primary the owner of that company called Presco. It was been mismanaged and at a point they were about to declare bankrupt. But it was later to sold to presco and guess what? In just a year they acquired the company, they made a whopping sum of 6 million naira in turnover. This happened in just a year of the company’s takeover. This is how profitable this business is. Some years ago, I worked in an oil mill factory in Benin at the back Guiness Plc. That was where I knew how lucrative this business is.  We had different dimension to this business and as we move on, we will discuss them and you will see how you can benefit from this lucrative business.

There are persons who will ask you to own a palm oil plantation before you can become very successful In this business. True it is but like I told you, there are different ways you can make money from this business without necessarily owning a palm oil plantation. Although owing a palm oil plantation surely is the best and most lucrative way to go about this business. The reason for the palm oil plantation is because of quality growth and also palm oil products could be exported to various countries too. I will take my time to explain some factors involved in this business so that before you get started, you will be fully equipped.

see our detailed Cassava Farming Business Plan in Nigeria 2020 / Feasibility Study Report

Let me quickly discuss one of the dimensions here. While I worked in that oil mill many years ago, I observed that there were people who didn’t own oil palm plantation but yet they were all milling pal oil. So out of curiosity, I approached one of the millers who happen to be the manager of that particular oil mill factory. He was a young man from Ghana who should be in his mid thirties then.  He was the one told me how it was done. He said, all you need to do was to look for an oil palm plantation and book to buy their proceeds. When the time comes, you buy; bring it to the milling factory, then pay the company to help you mill your palm produce.  The sweet part is that these millers already have market women, customers or links to buyers. As you are milling, the market for sales are already on ground. There are some things you will which will help you sell very well. But if you chose not to sell for the now and decide to sell later to higher bidders, it’s all up to you. Now have you seen that you have saved yourself from the stress of maintaining a palm oil plantation? And also if you can’t get where to buy oil palm nuts, then you can as well contact us too.

For years I worked with a palm oil milling factory and I can tell you that in palm oil processing/production nothing ever is wasted because the fruits are squeezed to produce palm oil, while the palm kernel inside the fruits can be sold or used to produce palm kernel oil, the shell are also sold to, then the fibre from the palm nut, are also process again after 3 days of fermenting to produce another oil again. .

Palm Oil Processing Plant – For those who wants to produce palm oil in a very huge and commercial capacity, it will be very necessary and important to have an oil palm processing plant which will process the palm fruits into palm oil.

However there are other traditional ways you can do this but using the modern machine makes the job a whole lot easier.

Palm Oil Plantation – Like I have initially told you before, having a palm oil plantation will be one of the best ways to really have a good shot at this business. But having a palm oil plantation will require the right fertile farmland to grow healthy palm trees and you will also need an adequate rainfall and sunshine too.

Our recent edited and detailed Palm Oil Business Plan In Nigeria / Feasibility Studies can be used to access bank loans, proposal writing and grant applications. The business plan was recently compiled after a thorough feasibility study on palm oil production in Nigeria was done by our team of experts. It will be your guide and also your roadmap to the success of your red oil business in Nigeria.

Recently, I was with a big time exporter of red oil and he told me that, he doesn’t sell within the country. And when I asked him why, he said because he makes more money exporting his products. This is one of the benefits of this business.

Why You Should Start a Palm Oil Processing Business In Nigeria?

Palm oil milling processing business in Nigeria have shown over the years that it is very lucrative and a very profitable business to do in Nigeria. With the right knowledge and right business strategy, you are sure gonna do so well in this business. I have always told my friends both in Nigeria and other West Africa countries that if they ever wants to go into a very profitable business, they should start a palm oil business. The reason is that the business in Nigeria is one that you can start on a small scale or large scale pending on the size of your pocket financially. So going into palm oil processing and distribution is a very massive way to make profits.

If you are interested in this business, don’t think small. Think big.  The money is in the size. I would advise that you go into a large scale palm oil production business because that would generate more profit and also push your palm oil business to the next level. This will enable you to have enough palm oil and other products which like I have told you can be exported to other parts of the world and this will make you earn in foreign currency.
For those who wants to start the palm oil production business in Nigeria on a large scale, there is need for you to have a steady supply of palm kennel fruits from a source. There is also need for you to have the necessary equipment which will be so needed for processing the palm kennels into palm oil and this will be found in oil mill factory.

Why You Should Invest In Palm Oil Processing Business Today.

In Nigeria and other parts of the world, you just can’t do without Palm oil. It is one of the most used commodities in the world. It’s an ingredient for cooked meals, most of the meals cooked at home or even at the restaurant here in Nigeria are usually cooked with palm oil. And this have made palm oil a highly needed commodity. What we have seen which have been confirmed by our experts is that there is a very low corresponding lower supply of palm oil around. If this is true and it is true, then this palm oil business is one such a business to get into and make cool money steady.  So you are on the right track if you are considering going into this business.

In starting this business, you don’t need to have millions as capital for palm oil business. Starting on your palm oil business, you can start your palm oil business on a small scale. You can as well grow your business as you move on and this is why you will need a palm oil business palm.

Based on statistics, Nigeria is the second largest exporter of palm oil in the world behind Malaysia who happens to be the first. So exporting this product is an essential part of Nigeria’s foreign earning. Nigeria is in high demand of palm oil and this is the same thing all over the world and that is why the product is always marketable in the world.
