titilaelae:
Supported. Alternatively, try Ayinke House, also government run,.It's in the heart of Ikeja.
I HAD MY BABY AT CRYSTAL SPECIALIST HOSPITAL, private though but almost run like government hospital, come and see plenty of  pregnant women of different shapes and sizes on antenal clinic days (Tue & Fri)!!!! shocked shocked The MD is an elderly seasoned Gynaecologist and is assisted by several other Gynae docs. I can recommend Crystal any day. kiss kiss kiss
And instead of stopping and asking pregnant women, why not ask women with babies? At least they have something to show for it and should be proud to recommend the maternity home they used. grin
Do have a hitch-free delivery, mate kiss

HealthRe: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by remioshy(f): 8:58pm On Mar 07, 2015
Hello Doctor,

God Bless for your good work, I hope you will get to answer my question, seems you are really swamped with questions, I am asking this on behalf of my daughter as I am worried, she is 21 years old and has been complaining of irregular periods for about a year, she is away from home to the university, we spoke few days ago and she told me she still experiences irregular periods and her cycle can't be predicted again and it's not for the normal 5days but between 2 and 3 days, I'm really worried because I had primary ovarian failure at 27years of age and ad a result she is my only child, I don't want same thing for her, I would want her to see a specialist when she is back in Lagos, can you recommend a good gynaecology hospital where she can be properly checked and treated.

Thanks so much

InvestmentFinancial Gurus Pls Advice Me by remioshy(op): 5:34pm On Sep 14, 2013
Please i am in need of financial and investment advice, I need to invest some amount of money about 600k, I will need this money in about 2 years from now for my child's university education, I want to know what can I invest this money on that could yield me half or nearly double ( if it's realistic though :

- should I buy a plot of land with the money and sell it off in 2yrs ( I'm sceptical cos of the hassles of land and many stories heard)

- should I put in a fixed deposit or is there any other type of account in the bank that can keep for 2yrs , how much can I get from it in 2yrs

- is treasury bills still any good,

About six years ago I invested about 900k with zenith funds, this year which makes it 6 , I only have about 300k extra which I feel is too small a profit after six years. I Had to take out from it to see if I can invest in something more profitable.

Pls I'm sorry don't advice me to come and invest in your biz cos i don't stay in Nigeria and don't want the hassle pls. I just need advice on how best to keep the money and get more from it.

Buy land or fix in the bank.

Thanks a lot
FamilyRe: Tips To Becoming A Great Single Mum by remioshy(f): 7:46pm On Jun 12, 2013
Single mum is something you can be proud of if you find yourself in such situation and you raise your child/children well, I happened to find myself in such and never in my wildest dream do I want such, but I was determined to make the best of my situation, I got pregnant in the university but before I could do anything to it , my mother became aware and she refused to let me terminate, my so called boyfriend was willing to accept and get married after my university education, I do love him but I was concerned because he was abusive, while pregnant and after delivery , any love I had for him was beaten out of me, I had to run for my dear life , it was then I made my mother aware of years of abuse and i continued in it because of my child, that if I leave him , who will marry after one, but when I landed in hospital because of the beating, I knew it was time to call it a day, and I vowed that if he remains the only man alive, I rather choose to be single, 20 years after this year , I am yet to sent my eyes on him, he never bothered , I was a single parent for many years and with Gods help and my mum I did my best,
The irony of the whole saga is that child then is the only tooth in my mouth now. Sometimes being a single parent is a blessing in disguise, I won't criticise someone who find themself in such
BusinessRe: Shipping From China To Nigeria by remioshy(f): 8:38am On May 25, 2013
Hello, pls advice, I want to buy some ladies bags from china, I have found a supplier but I don't know if it will be advisable to do this, the bags are about 1,000 pieces, I live in the uk, I don't know if it will be better to ship to uk and from there to Nigeria or ship directly to Nigeria from china, which one will give me less hassle and cost less, if to ship directly to Nigeria is better, which courier or shipping mode is better considering its not really a lot of stuff. Pls I really need the advice if you know much about this.

Thanks a lot

BusinessRe: Shipping From China To Nigeria by remioshy(f): 8:34am On May 25, 2013
Bigstuff: Hello,
Shipping from China to Lagos Nigeria you are looking at about 30 t0 45 days on the average plus or minus 15 days by sea . If you are looking to import containers would suggest you visit . It is a long flight but may open new opportunities!. It is also important to know what you plan to import . Our company took delivery of 6 containers from China end of 2009 using Nile Dutch shipping Nile for part of the transaction from Shanghai .
With due respect most of the Chinese shipping line companies in our experience are incredibly slow in terms of their internal operations' and procedures to Nigeria compared to say GRIMALDI Shipping line .Your containers may very well be held up in Nigeria if you know what I mean in view of port congestion etc . Spend a bit more time on your research and try and go for clearing agents who are up to speed and know what they are doing .

I hope this is helpful
