Amireel:I don't know whether you understand the real meaning of scam. It is your kind that is roaming the street telling people that there is no job, just because you fail to utilize great opportunity provided to you. That we stumble and struggle in the labor market after school is not our fault at all, it is the way our mind is configured by different information impacted on us from different schools and institutions we pass through. It quite unfortunate that millions of graduate are roaming the street everyday but when you ask employers, what you will hear is that they are not employable and i ask myself who are to blame? The truth of the matter is that, there is a "Berlin wall" between the demand of 21st century corporate world and what the workforce have to supply. And "VALUES" are the only key to collapsing the wall. Values are both the soft and hard skills which the great players in the market uses to excel in different positions they held. Hard skills are those technical ability acquired in school which enable us to read and write and communicate, but for you excel in the 21st century corporate world you need more of the soft skills, which are those attributes that enhances your ( integration, adaptability, friendliness, solution developing, problem solving, project mgt, risk mgt and strategic planning abilities) in the work place. Please rediscover yourself: "If you examine yourself very well you will be able to determine why you are where you are today. The world we lived in is divided into sectors and until you discover the sector you belong you will keep on struggling irrespective of your course of study. It is only on your area of element that you can be creative and innovative in your work, so do not desire an area that will pay you rather seek for area that what they do is line with your passion regardless of your area of qualification. Everybody is rated in this world based on the value they bring to the organization for revenue generation. All employer need a dream staff, so do not spend your time hunting for dream job rather seek those qualities of a dream staff. Employers needs: 1. Brand ambassadors, not workers 2. Entrepreneur employee, not nominal employee 3. Human capital, not human resources" CUTTING-EDGE DIPLOMATIC NETWORK is here again with their "professional certification and economic development project". It is going to be lunched by next weekend and trust me you have a lot to gain. Please avail yourself the opportunity by following the link www.getinvigorated..com If you are interested and you meet the requirements, kindly type the word " interested" and send to the number +2347062720603 or email at remyokolie@yahoo.com Happy new yr to you all. |

[quote author=cramjones post=28972655]Amaechi never wanted to be VP. The reason he was in the running was because his fellow governors supported him. They had enjoyed his leadership as the leader of the governors forum, and felt he was going to replicate his leadership at the national level. That being said, as the DG of the Buhari campaign team, we believe that as a master in the game of politics, he will match propaganda by the PDP for Propaganda in getting us our 25% in the region. Behold a new dawn is setting. The clueless man must be sacked, he is a total failure! [b]-CramJones. And the entire apc governor succumbed to the decision of one man called Mr Tinubu. So pathetic. |
[quote author=SaiBuharii post=28931906]President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is the GCFR. This means he controls the Army, Airforce, Navy and even the police. As the commander in chief of the armed forces, he has a duty to protect Nigerians and give us maximum security. Who will be held accountable for our missing girls? Is it not the president that refused to believe they were kidnapped? For people dying in the north? It is the GcfR, if he has not done his job, he should be held responsible. At least it's not Buhari that has decided to suffer our gallant soldier la and give them toy guns to fight boko haram, no matter how rich tha sponsor of boko haram is, they can't have money more than Nigeria, so why are they performing in their negative role than the govt. For every terrorist attack affecting America, wheather directly or indirectly, Obama is held responsible, and not the suspect...it's his duty to protect Americans in and out of the country. But because of our shallow mind, "we have decided to blame the armed robber you did not employ, instead of asking the gateman representing yoy "where were you, and what were you doing when the thiefs came" 2011-2012-2013-2014, these people did not deem it fit to go to the ICJ. Now that it is glaring we don't want GEJ again, and Buhari is warming up to go back to Aso rock, Jonathan, friends and Family are under tension, they have decided to post frivolous news in the media. If you have brains in your head, you will knw it's propaganda by the opposition that has suffered Nigerians...it's too late, Nigerians have made up their mind. And what was d reaction from citizens d last time America was attacked. |
