I saw the addition “You will be notified via SMS/Mail once your passport is ready for collection“…. They just added that part today I guess….
I submitted my application since the 7th of July 😭 till now no feedback

What can I do
Who do I contact
Next month would make it a YEAR upon submission of relative visa application…..
I’ve sent couples of mails but no response
Someone should please 🙏 come to my rescue…

Relative visa cos hubby is there (has PR)
I’m tired, it’s frustrating…..
I don’t know what to do over 4 months

Relative visa is a long term visa it’s usually take so long especially if you are a first time applicant
It is usually Advisable to first of all apply for the 90days
And then the six month.
Anyway. I wish you all the best

This application was submitted August 30th.

Your application is received and under assessment at "The South Africa High Commission,Lagos. You will be notified via SMS/Mail once your passport is ready for collection
