Let me start by saying, i will caution my self and remain descipline by not raising abuses on any of u because after taking my time to read through all ur comments all i could found was that u're just a critics and not a problem solver, a mediocar and not a good follower, some don't know how to preside over an issue, as in some 're shallow thinker, some cannot even diff. btw d bad and d good policies. Some dnt even know what a democracy is or how it operates. This man is very brilliant and one of the performing minister dt is doing everything to transform nigeria agriculture... Some of u are far from the truth, maybe due to ur failure to watch d news or read d paper. I worked as an ad-hoc officer for dt ministry in collecting the farmers data and the registration just dt we later stop and we never heard anything about the continuation. They are making use of mobile so as to allow easy and direct access to the farmer so as to avoid manipulation of resources....
