Akshow: mine was terrible. It was during my third year in the university. I was stayin in this face me i face you students off campus crib. My neibo then, we call him prof was goin out wit one sugar mummy. She must be close to fifty and she comes regularly to crash in his room. That fateful day, another neibo came into my room that mornin and dragged me out into the compound. Thinkin it was only prof in his room, we started the normal yabbin of each other while standin at prof's window. The other guy brought up prof's matter and was like 'you no notice say prof de fat this day' me and my Big mouth come carry the talk blow out of proportion. I say e easy to de bang old woman? Abi you no know say she go de replenish prof blood for bangin her condemn p...sy. And some very other nasty joke. We de there de talk Na im madam open prof curtain, look us, say Una well done. I almost died of mbarasment. This is a woman we always hail, wey go cook come for boys. Na so i kneel Down begin beg sisi mama. Can't forget that day

GenBuhari: The concept of maids is little more than modern day slavery in most cases.

I believe this was what we learnt from our colonial masters and have continued it since.

I think we can start by treating "maids" with more respect and allowing them more dignity.
