Job Title: Research Assistant - Literature Review

Contract Duration: 4 months
Compensation: ₦100,000 per month
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to conduct comprehensive literature reviews of specified academic articles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating standard and rigorous summaries, highlighting key findings, methodologies, and contributions to the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough literature reviews of assigned academic articles.
• Summarize key aspects of the articles.
• Ensure summaries are well-structured, concise, and accurately reflect the content of the articles.
• Stay updated with recent developments in the specified research field.
• Collaborate with the research team to discuss findings and insights.
• Manage and organize literature in an accessible format.
Job Specifications:
• Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a 2.1 classification or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in academic research or a similar role is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise summaries.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
