you lots are all out to spoil this guys reputation, I must confess. Do you guys think it is easy to just refund someone back money after the person has tarnished the sellers image. As much as the buyer is aggrieved the seller is too because he is a human. And the truth of the matter is in business you can't satisfy all your customers that's a fact. The lady has already done the worst thing to him already to me, by getting enough sympathy from you lot to help soil his name. She already had this all planned from the beginning from her own statement self. @futurefocus just let it slide pls, I understand your pain is not easy for one to build a rep and someone will just spoil it cos of something this petty.

I called Access bank to request information regarding my refund but it seems they don't understand me. They are telling me to fill a "charge back form". I order a package from Aliexpress since 21st of January. Order was estimated to be delivered around march according to the timeline from the app. I tracked my package on 21st of Feb. and was showing that its been reveived by delivery company
This morning it show delivery failed.
Here is screenshot if the package itinerary.
What can I do re receive this package as I needed it.

Note I've always shipped through AE global shipping or caino global economy and receive my packages either from post office or speedaf logistics. I didn't receive any message concerning my package arrival either by mail, SMS or phone call.

There have 3 different alphabets as suffixes-O, E, R (This means that these alphabets end your tracking number. So it could be NG...O or NG...E or NG...R. O & E are economy shipments and you are expected to pick up from their office or pay about N400 for them to deliver to you. But if it is R, they will surely deliver. I hope this is helpful.
