To put the records straight, no international student on student visa is allowed to work full time anywhere in the world, and they are not qualified for car loans due to the duration of their visa, therefore it is not possible that tenza with his part time job can afford a brand new car or earn the monthly amount he is quoting here, neither can he have a permanent job due to limited nature of the visa he carries, he can only do casual jobs. If he were to be in a first world country, I would say it's possible, but not in a developing country like Chile, who want give black man with student visa bank job in Chile? Creating something like chatgpt in the USA for the first time is not cheap, where programmers are earning like 200,000k per year The issue here is that deepseek used chatgpt for their development which made it cheaper and easier for them to develop.
