Had similar challenge some 6 months ago,drank agbo and lots of medication . let her take a good antibiotics ,have her bath with detol and buy sulphur Nitrogen cream ( its an antifungal cream) . she should apply it on affected areas morning and evening. Even when the itching stops she should continue with the process until d sulphur cream finishes because the itching can be very stubborn.
