Politics / Re: Why We Detained Jones Abiri For 2 Years Without Trial – DSS by Rexphobia(m): 9:35am On Sep 04, 2018 |
There are three arms of government - Executive, Legislature and Judiciary. Legislative arm makes the law, Judiciary interprets the law while the Executive enforces the law. With that being said, now read the statement below; “Reading those provisions, we are of the view that since it’s individual right, it cannot supersede that of the national security and that bail in capital offence is not as of right.” The statement can be misleading. The pertinent question is...who decides if the matter is one of "national security"? 1 Like |

Business / Re: Wrong Bank Transaction, How Can I reverse it by Rexphobia(m): 2:16pm On Jul 17, 2018 |
Your case is not clear....wrong transfer to a wrong bank and a wrong account number. The coincidence is... While attempting to complete a transaction online (I assume) you will be required to confirm the beneficiary details. Or is the concern how to reverse a successfully completed transaction. 1 Like |

On the other hand, some may argue that a students’ academic performance is solely dependent on his resolve and determination to succeed regardless of his surroundings. Above is more like my view, outside the university community its the same problem... 1 Like |

Hmm.. Not buying one I got one plus 2 some years back, their were into Just in Time (JIT) so you needed an invite to get the phone. Yes it was cheap but the experience was not all that. Heats up like hell while gaming. It's a phone that packs too much power and not so expensive |

niggi4life: Better unlearn that ish... I also almost believed him until I checked Google The term i.e. is a shortening of the Latin expression id est, which translates to “that is.” It is used to introduce a rephrasing or elaboration on something that has already been stated. The term e.g. is an abbreviation of the Latin expression exempli gratia, meaning “for the sake of example” or more colloquially, “for example.” This term is used to introduce examples of something that has already been stated. http://www.dictionary.com/e/whats-the-difference-between-ie-and-eg/ 6 Likes |

This post is misleading, OP carefully did not complete the post. The so-called loan is investment in FGN bonds and treasury bills by the PFA. Where would you rather have the PFA invest significant portion of the Pension fund? Stocks? Bitcoin? Please mention, I will wait 11 Likes 1 Share |

calalili2018: Word!... Just wondering why there is no support group for this class of people (whatsapp, Immitracker, etc). This process can take as long as 5 weeks, sometimes even longer than the time it took from AOR to get the PPR mail. The fact that this set of applicants are in the dark is scary... Yes, I know rejection at this point is almost impossible but it will still help to track progress. |
