Good day mamas. I don't know where to ask this question, but since there are experienced mums here, I believe I'm in the right place. My 9 month old has refused to eat, he's content with water and breast milk. I got desperate and tried to force feed him, he spat everything out, people say it's teething, but for how long? He will eat, add weight, start teething and loose weight. I give him Emvite from time to time, yet no much difference

Hello mommas. After giving birth via CS, I bled for 2 weeks and about 5 days. After that, I started bleeding again from the 5th week post partum till now that I'm 6 weeks post partum, though not heavily. The bleeding is very light, but I don't know if this is normal.

Mamas o, pls I am worried. I am 30wks+6days but I noticed my baby isnt kicking as much as before. Has anyone experienced it? Prior to now I usually feel some sort of heaviness or pain but as I type it's zero pain and just some kicks. Is it a cause for worry?

Towards the end of my pregnancy, my baby kicked less, but there was movement everyday. Some times, the movement was more than usual, sometimes, less than usual, but it was every day. If you feel your baby's movement everyday, then no cause for alarm. To further ally your fears, you can go do a scan

Hello mommas, first time mom here. EDD 12/09/2024, baby came via CS on the 7th of September 2024, weighing 4 kg. I'm grateful to God, and ready as ever to fight those making demeaning comments because I had my baby through CS. The important thing is that I and my baby are not just alive, but healthy and fit as a fiddle

Dearest mommas, at this stage, I'm tired. I'm in the final lap, and the new symptom is Itchy body. I experienced it earlier on, but this is more intense, when I vigorously scratch the itch, Rashes develop at that spot, the Rashes go down after a while to resurface when I scratch an itch again. I'm seriously tired

Try dear, it's not easy, in no time, you will hold your little bundle of joy. For the spitting, some women say things like crackers, mint or dry nuts help reduce the spitting. Some move around with a container of sand, where they spit in. It's to experiment with different healthy options till you see what works for you. Secondly, different work places have their different rules, I'm guessing you work in a private organisation. You can ask the HR, your colleagues and/or consult your employment letter to know if the leave will be paid or not. Another thing, most times, maternity leave is 3 months, so of you take leave at 7 months, you'll likely resume when your baby is 1 or 2 months. Carefully do your calculations and weigh your options. I have tried UPTH in my first pregnancy and the outcome was not so favourable if not for God's mercy. Their level of lassez faire scares me to death

Congratulations momma. People often recommend Obio Cottage, BMH, St. Martins and Military hospital.

In my opinion, no. Most prenatals have folic acid, so taking folic acid with prenatal is like double dose
