It happens to almost every teenager it'll stop naturally by itself. For me it was a very had battle and each time it happens I feel so guilty and blame myself for allowing it to happen bt dat won't be enough to stop me from doing it d next time sometimes I'll hit myself hard to show my dissatisfaction bt it never really helped the feelings just vanished at its time I was around 20 when I stopped that makes abt 3yrs of serious torture nd prayer couldn't even help out all this time
