Job Summary:
The Technical Support Engineer at Ribap Networks Limited will be pivotal in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various equipment and network systems. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

Radio Installation PTP and PTMP: Conduct installation and maintenance of Point-to-Point (PTP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PTMP) radio systems using Cabium, Unifi, and Mikrotik equipment.
CCTV Installation: Set up and configure CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua), including IP and analog systems.
Structural Cabling: Perform structured cabling for network infrastructure.
Site Surveys and Requirement Analysis: Execute comprehensive site surveys to determine installation requirements and prepare detailed requirements and cost estimates.
Networking Equipment Configuration: Configure Mikrotik routers and switches, Unifi and Cabium radios, and access points as needed.
Network Management: Oversee and ensure optimal performance and reliability of network infrastructure.
Customer Support: Provide high-quality technical support to clients, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Training and Mentoring: Ability to train and mentor junior engineers, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:

ND/HND, BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
