Better you go to a high court for an affidavit of sponsorship, it's also accepted

Thanks for the prompt response..... the affidavit of sponsorship, is it a document I'll get from the High Court or it's my sponsor that'll type it, then the affidavit backs it up?

Good afternoon guys, have been making this same request over and over again..... I want to get a sponsorship letter from my sponsor, but I need to know the acceptable format for it.... Time is running out please.


Anyone with a format or directions to where I can get it will be much appreciated. PLEASE

Hello guys please i need your help,
So i have gotten my files ready and they include:

Health insurance
Hostel booking
Birth certificate
Flight booking
Legalized certificate and letter from ministry of education
Notarized attestation/ affidavit from court
Notarized sponsorship letter
Certificate of employment of sponsor
Payslips for 6months of about 450k a month(some months were more due to additional allowances) and tax paper
Sponsors Certificate of occupancy
Sponsors id(passport page and office id card)
Documents from school And confirmation of payment of tuition from bank.

I hope i am not missing anything pleasee.

Secondly i am going for bachelors and im 25years and I finished sec school in 2010. Is there anyone here that got even though they are about this age or do you think it might hinder my visa application ??

Actually it’s all on God but at the same time I did my part as a human...

I read clearly what they requested on their website and on here too...

So I took along all documents that were requested as originals in originals; and all other documents
Though I used payslips and employment letter for my financial documents.

It took exactly 30 days as it was written on my collection slip...

So once your documents are complete and valid; you’ll pray to God for success and it’ll be yours to claim.

You might want to extend beyond Warsaw cause most schools application deadline has passed. There are schools in other towns and city, in Poland, that are still open for application this September

Can you shed more light on this please, and if possible the names of such schools or where they can be found. Thanks
