yes 7 men have 7 wives just like 7 kids may have 7 guards protecting them, it's not each man that has 7 wives and yes each man and each wife not each couple have 7 children but the men must meet with women there to have a child, don't expect a man to get a child from a woman outside the given parameters therefore 7 men can get 7 children from not more than 7 women there which ever way you try to combine it and vise versa hence the birth of a child is entitled to maximum of 7 ( 7men/7women), a woman's child must be one of the men child also
no. of children = 7 x 7children = 49. ( to say 7 x 14 means they may have partners outside the given question which makes no sense)
no. of men in the given set = 7
no. of women(wives) in the given set = 7
total number of people = 49 + 7 + 7 = 63people
