Are you talking about cab? Because if you follow bus, from peace park to shoprite is 30 box o. The most expensive bus transport I have paid is from Garki to holyghost which is 70 box.

It is depending on the parents. A lot of parents give so many restrictions and lines to their grown up kids hence making them want to leave because there are some things you can never achieve in their house especially if you want to have something in your pocket before getting married.
