When is the appropriate time for her to file. ? She just moved there about a year ago and she will be resuming classes for her RN program in june |
So when is the appropriate time for her to file in the petition because she just moved there about a year ago. She will be starting her RN program in june/July whicj invariably means, she won't have enough funds to help the petition |
Thanks for that response, my kids miss their mum and would like to be where she is and even if she files for us am of the fear that I might ruin their chances of the kids reuniting with their mum because of my previous and many refusals. So my question is, can she file for the kids alone and leave me out for now and since the DNA would prove if their hers or not? I am not bothered about going to the states for now but my kids are the ones that am bothered about. |
A wind of your soonest exit from Nigeria will break the heart of virtually every nairalander on this very forum , but I know one thing for sure that even though we can't ever pay you in kind for your intellectual, understanding and humanly generosity, the good lord will answer your secret prayers, dry your secret tears and grant all your heart desires be it small or numerous because you have been a source of joy to countless number of people. My heart and prayers go with you wherever the journey of life takes you. You will be greatly missed because your kind is rare. |
She never claimed to be married, she entered the U.S as single, we were not legally married when she was selected. |
[quote author=VisaOfficer post=32675575]You're the person whose wife entered the U.S. on a Diversity Visa, claiming to be someone else's wife, right? I would not compound that fraud by committing more fraud. She should file an I-130 for you as her husband, if you are legally married, and then if it turns out you have an ineligibility, you'll be given instructions for applying for a waiver of the ineligibility. She entered the U.S as single, we were not legally married but we had kids as at when she was selected. |
Dear V.O since the mother of my kids can't file an i-130 petition to enable us reunite. Can I apply for a fiancé visa? I have applied for a non immigrant visa severally and i have been consistently denied am even of the fear that I might have been banned for misrepresentation and may not have been duly informed. What can I do? |
Other embassies states clearly on refusal note issued to applicant if they are banned from future application be it immigrant or non immigrant. How does an applicant know if they banned probably for misrepresentation. |
Dear V.O just wanted to know if it's a must that one presents a marriage certificate issued at the registry when filling for ones spouse who where married in nigeria but have a certificate issued to them at the church. |
Thanks |
