Are Nigerians aware that a population census is about to be carried out with an outrageous sum of 869billion naira?

In a country where health Care is nothing to write home about,if that money is used to establish mini-clinics in wards across the country,clinics that will deal mainly with child birth and create a database for registering ever child,that way more people in rural areas would be encouraged to birth their kids in proper facilities,child mortality rate would reduce and a database for birth rate is achieved,over 30 to 50years as generations pass away everyone left must have been registered in that database,that way we won't be have head count census anymore.

CAN SOMEONE TELL NIGERIANS WHAT THEY HAVE ACHIEVED WITH 2006 CENSUS?..The funny part is the government may even borrow to conduct this census..

this nation is really a joke...is counting People the problem of this nation at this time?..869billion after using 300+billion for ELECTION..
