Firstly, I have to say that I was in Akure yesterday for good 5 hrs and nothing of this nature happened, I can't say If it now happened after I left which was around 5 pm. Secondly, If it happened, I don't see anything wrong with it expect we're being blinded by pure hate.. Parties distribute Sorvenuirs during elections and this is just one of them, we've seen LP and PDP distribute T-shirts, Faze caps, Hand bands worth way more than N100 and nobody has complained about that. Only God knows how much of Ondo State money has gone to producing thousands of Iroko T-shirts. If anything, I'd comment ACN for being innovative with this and not just following the trend of T-shirts and Faze caps. AKETI carry go joor

I really thought people on here are educated enough to be able to read and understand simple statements. I didn't read here that Tinubu gave Mimiko the money directly, he only claimed to support him with Millions of pounds. Mimiko won the Tribunal case back then mostly based on world class Forensic evidence provided by Tinubu's people which any sane person would know doesn't come cheap at all

Hmmmm... Mimiko don start again ooo... Biting off Akeredolu's Idea. Akeredolu was the one that first made this promise on his campaign in Ilaje and Mimiko seeing how the people of Ilaje received it and started supporting Akeredolu, he's now turning around to make the same promise. This shows once again that Mimiko is a serial backstabber that's never to be trusted

Funny thing is that this debate made no difference to anything.. everybody already has who they supported and It didn't change after the debate, even Nairalanders

Aketi just busted one of Mimiko's lies into the open.. poor man, he's not really enjoying the latter part of this debate

This is definitely not a debate and I believe the organizers are not even serious, Mimiko is making direct personal attacks all over without issues and they have nothing to do about that.. He just has 2 minutes to say something about his style of leadership and all he had to say was attacking Aketi and Oke.. and Aketi was right about him because he never practied medicine for a day but politics for the past 30 years

It's clear from all the comments that Nigeria still has a long way to go actually... This is not a real debate, as someone pointed out, It's more of s soap opera with jabs being thrown here and there with Mimiko being the most guilty of this, he has not debated based on facts all evening but we Nigerian love someone that just shows to make is point. Akeredolu is a Lawyer so he doesn't have to throw jabs or shout loudly to make his case which is what the other two candidates have been doing for people to think they are doing well.

IMO, all candidates are doing well and they are all actually making the same fact apart from Mimiko so I don't understand people saying Akeredolu is not doing well, him and Oke has been mostly buttressing the same point against Mimiko in the Debate which barely makes them put out their own personal Ideas which not so good for both of them but Mimiko looks definitely under pressure which is in a way good for the opposition

I'm usually a guest on here, read this topic this morning, funny enough, I was passing through Ondo Today where ACN are having their rally and It was crazy, I was help up in traffic for like 2 hours even before the rally started and I was able to take some photos, even in Mimiko's home town. It's either ACN had a rented crowd today or Mimiko really is in trouble of not getting re-elected
