Instead of to blame it on their alcohol consumption they blame it on another man currently on health leave. Albeit I'm a proponent to true federalism, but I still believe Southern states can still be better than this current status quo if their leaders aren't greedy. What was supposed to have been done 2015, perhaps they would have been the minority leader. We need the existence of PDP to checkmate and put APC on toes(provided Nigerians are reasonable when casting votes).
