love this... Abuja should start their own and ensure that if you are not a gwari or Hausa north Central you don't get that certificate and work in any government agency in Abuja

River State should start RivCard indigenous certificate and ensure that if you aren't Rivers indigenes and if you don't bear Ijaw, Kalabari, Ikwerre and Rivers Igbo name you don't work in any company in Rivers State be it government sector, oil company etc

FESTAC was beautiful. I lived there from 84 to 99. In 1984 , on 23 road, the bungalows were unfenced...we weren't animals living in cages...parks, good roads...by the mid 90s the rot began.
