I need help guys, im not eating right, and i thnk my body lacks a lot of the  nutrients it needs, can nyone give me foods rich in calcium, and just generally foods that r good fr the body,

PS. i live in nigeria, 

heres a funky way to make indomie, and im telin u, its amazing,
put sme water in a pot, bring to the boil then add indomie,
parboil the noodles, do not let it get soft, strain it and pour the water away,
put the strained noodles aside,
clean the pan, put some gnut oil, then slice in some onions/tomatoes/peas/diced peper, wterver u want, put some curry and a pnch of salt and stir fry, once tender,
pour in your indomie and add the spice then stir,
u wont believe it, it tastes fabulous, like fried rice
