Kudos to you. You're very strong for lasting a month without masturbation and its a great thing. One thing you need to know is this...so many people are in the same shoes and even worse. You're different from so many too because you've taken the bold step to quit. Start socializing more without any dating intention. Replace the habit with better ones like reading more, learning a skill, hobby or talent(like a musical instrument). Once the urge comes, go to the new habit and make positive and motivational statements to yourself reminding yourself why you decided to stop. Speak them audibly to yourself. You'll notice that you'll soon begin to develop a much stronger resolve and hatred for it. Don't ever worry about your relationship with the opposite sex, it'll improve with time and you'll be pleasantly surprised. So recently I decided to call it quit, it's been 1 month now and it seems I'm waking up to the reality of not being in a relationship all my life, I'm 26 BTW and I've never felt so much urge and desire to be in a relationship as I'm feeling right now. I have a 17 years old maid who would be 18 in June. She came when she was 12 and she is like family now. She is in SS1. My problem is her issues with boys.
