Visit the ISPON office in your location and they will put you through.

Usually you are expected to pay a certain amount of money, Submit your credentials and also write a research paper in any area of interest; you will be interviewed before you are cleared for induction.

You can edit your CV on MS word then upload it again if you cannot see your initial CV.

You can upload through your profile page. Click on edit profile, you will see an upload button. The upload button will take you to your system to upload.
