Did u have challenge in your farming business?
We all face these problems and how do we Increase yield and have returned income.

I understand as an agronomist for some years that the cost of production in farming is on a high side most farmers put in a lot of effort both physically and financially yet the output are not commensurate. So what is the way to minimise cost of production?
Let break it down into Bricks and rigs.
Break down
Land lease (1 acre) - 150k
Land clearing 1 plot(25k) x 6 = 300k
Planting media (maize seed) 1plot (1bag =2500) 6plot planting by 20mx30m spacing = 10k
Inorganic fert: NPK 15-15-15 (Golden super 50kg) (40k) for 2plots for 6plots 240k
Pesticides : Force-up 1litre (non selective ) = 4200
Weeding :1plot (20k x 6plots) = 120k may twice for in 3-4months

Looking from the producer side the bulk of money is spent on fertilizer.
Now considered the possibility of reducing it below 80% yes I mean 80%. It cost 25k for 5litres (5000ml) and how do you use this?
1ml to 5litres of water using 15 litres Knapsack sprayer, 3ml to one Knapsack tanks. When spraying with single mouth noozle it cover 30mx22m = 672sqm (1 plot) for 1 acre 672x6 =4044sqm (1 acre)/6ml for an acre (though it can be more for effectiveness). This will save you 80% money spent on Fertilizer.

I need some clarity on my F-1 US visa interview. I book an appointment for F-1 US Student Visa and the date I was given was 25/oct/22 but unfortunately, I need a date that is more earlier so I needed to apply for emergency appointment 60days before class start date which I did, but I saw an early available date for interview on my portal before clicking on expedite and since 2days now I have not receive mail for approval also the earliest available date is no longer there on my portal.

My questions are;

1. Do I need to reschedule appointment even when I have not receive approval mail?

2. What should I do after applying for EA should wait ?

3. Should i need to go for the interview on the earliest available date I once saw before applying for expediting.

Please I need your comments wounderfuI people.

I am having my interview for my F-1 us visa next month, am going for my master program at uw- stout. please I need someone that can take me through a mock interviews or anyone that is having he/her F-1 us interview that we can practice together.

Also I will like the house to help with these questions.

1. My undergraduate course was Plant breeding and seed Tech but am going for my master degree majoring Food and Nutritional Science at the department of food science and technology, what will the VO think about this ? How should i put together my story?

2. I was giving a partial scholarship, I have personal funding with two other sponsors, the first is my sister husband (brother-in-law) who work and live in the US, and the second person is my Employer who works with Shell.
What will the VO think about this? How should I present this ?

3. My current job is an Agronomist (Professional in the science of Practicing, Management of Agriculture and agribusiness, we also perform experiment to determine and maximise nutrients in plant)
But recent I undergoing a consultant training on nutrition and health, please is it ok to provide this information before the VO.
