Top of the day to my lovely honda family... please I have an issue with my 2006 honda civic, it has confused both my mechanic and rewire but i haven't allowed them to do anything about it so as not to trigger more problems.

My car slips everytime it wants to change from any gear, most especially when I put more pressure on it. It now drives like a manual car.

My rewire did some checks and we noticed that light is not supplying to one of the gear solenoids. (He said it's the brain box that supplies the light so the brainbox is faulty). Out of four sockets that connects to the solenoids, a particular one doesn't have light..

I'm confused if I'm to agree with him to get a new brain box..

Good evening bosses.. I came across an advert online "gbovo transport limited" they said they can help me get an hire purchase car either Nigerian used or foreign... but I have to pay a sum of roughly 10k as application fee... should i go ahead ?

Can anyone please help me confirm how legit it is.. or if anyone knows how I can get any..

Top of the day to everyone, I'm not sure if i should drop this here but i just need advice from everyone..

I decided to go with my wife to her working place today for the very first time, can you imagine everyone (everyone she greets) was asking if I'm her junior brother cus they say we look alike, and she keeps saying yes and smiling. Is this normal at all. I'm really having a mixed feelings, she does know that i feel bad about it, or is it normal.

07 civic is very splendid car.
With the R-18 ivtec engine, the fuel economy is very great.
The parts are not really pricy compared to the corolla of same year.
Engine - less than 200k.
Transmission- less than 100k.
Motor mounts- less than 30k for complete 4 set.
AC compressor- less than 25k.
Radiator plus fan unit- less than 30k.

It's very cheap to maintain, if you use the recommended fluids.

But, you should budget 1.6M upwards for a very sharp one.
Most civics sold online are dead.

1.2M can get u a clean 03-05 model.


P.S Catalytic converter of the 07 civic is 200k plus tongue.

Good evening my Oga's, please i need your advice on a step I'm about to take.
Please don't mind my typo's and probably the thread..

My wife said there's a way we can get car at a cooperative at her working place, (we'll pay 25% of whatever car we want and the cooperative will buy it for us). Repayment can be spread as long as possible (maybe 50k monthly).

I'll be able to come up with 300k(God help me) soon, which will be 25% of 1.2million.. My belief is that with the current prices of cars i can only go for a Nigerian used with that.

I'm very confused in selecting what make and year of car I can get as Nigerian used with that amount cus I'll be using the car for e-hailing (uber/bolt).

Please I need your advice on This. �

My lady is the kind that is always down both physically, spiritually, emotionally when we are down to zero kobo. It's this times that she will start crying and I will start to feel guilty for being in the relationship. She's a federal worker (a dental nurse).. transportation, feeding and other stuffs could have cut down her salary at the end of the month but it all boils down to me with the belief that I'm a burden to her because I don't have a job right now.. ( i used to be a DJ and later moved to crypto but right now I'm down)..
Whenever we don't have money she doesn't love me in anyway, in fact everything i do is always wrong, i stink to her and my mouth smells, but when there's money everything is cool.. She's 5 months pregnant for me, many times i regret being in the relationship.
