Ermm...I always picture my refractive index as
Real/ apparent

Or dense/less dense

Which in both cases, water comes in the denominator.

Uhm...anoda thing is, we're already given the refractive index for both, so to find the BIG U its mostly water at the denominator.

I may be wrong sha...let's here froom the others.

i.e 3/2 divided by 4/3
