From the look of things, I am not the only person he is owing, which he himself told that he has lots of clients to settle.

The problem now, is that he stopped taking my calls or replying my messages

The stack truth is dat,.. since u do d transaction off binance,.. the money is gone,. Except he changed his mind to give u, assuming binance was aware of the transaction,.. this would have been gud, and binance would have sent u ur USDT and close his account if anything go fishy,...
