Your claim was that Tinubu could have been convicted in absentia when there's nothing like that. You can't be convicted in absentia. It negates the right to fair hearing.

If your next claim is that he was not indicted, that's a lie because his account was indicted. He could not be indicted because as I said, it will be a dead case because Nigeria was under military rule and extradition was out of the question. So the US agents would simply go for his accounts.
