Only for China to launch a better version last week only with a small fraction of what OpenAi used...better than Google's Gemini and OpenAi. And even offering free services that ChatGPT is charging $200 per month.

Then the issue is US chip makers compete globally. Assuming they made their chips in the USA, at the end, it could become more expensive than chips made by non USA companies. Result, Us chip makers lose money compared to international chip makers.
