I would advise you to move to Uruguay. It's one of the few countries in the world where a tourist visa can still easily be converted to work visa and citizenship can be gotten in 5 years. You can google the strength of the Uruguayan passport. You can then move to a better country from there. I won't advise any African to spend their youth in a country where you can't get citizenship. A second passport is very important in this day and time as Africa Is never making It out of the hood.

The last time I checked, applicant applying for Nigerian passport renewal is not required to present a copy of his or her birth certificate. Perhaps it is a new requirement for passport renewal application.
The last time I checked, these're the requirements for Nigerian passport renewal:
Application letter.
Passport booklet.
Photocopy of data page age of passport.
Acknowledgement slip and evidence of payment.
2 passport photographs.

Amidst a big forum like this, you still went ahead and bought cloned phone from AliExpress! Haba!!! If you had sought for guidance here before venturing into it, you'd have been guided in the right part.

Anyway, I'd advise that you count your loss and move on because if you open dispute but your evidence is not convincing enough to prove that the phone is fake, you won't get a dime as a refund.

Also, don't try returning the phone back to china; it may eventually amount to unprofitable venture. That means, you could lose from both sides (your money and the phone).

seller has already agreed that we should return item. wanted to even cover return cost if we used NIPOST but NIPOST says they dont send phones to CHINA. so we opt to use speedaf and handle cost of returns
