What is the most paramount quality if one decides to choose a life partner?

Is it height, qualification, character, beauty,good job orintelligence.

I met someone in this forum who insisted
that due to my height of about 5.6ft, She was not favourable disposed to a friendship with me.

This left me highly devastated because we've developed great rapport on phone. kindly advise me on what to do.

I urgently need your advice.
I date a man of about 33 years old. He is rich and handsome. He possesses a school certificate and has good comportment. He actually yahoos on the net. HE splashes the proceeds heavily on me.

I am not working, although still look for a job, but he has always been there for me.

I told him to get another job or start a business of his own but he vehemently declined.
He said he wanted to marry me and i don't know what to say.

Should i accept his offer or not?
