What is wrong with Flour Mill Recruitment team? All i can deduce from the aptitude test is incompetency. Imagine asking a numerical question and your options are the months in a year, or a multiplication question and the options are off. . I have a feeling that the aptitude test is just formality.

That multiplication question was in number base 8. From the options you can deduce that. In the other, the months represent figures I think. This way, it all makes sense.

Do a complete suit up if you can, irrespective of your gender. ACs I know should involve you working in a team, so ensure you contribute meaningfully (not just talk). You could be asked to present, do so like a manager, confidently (eyeball contacts). A panel interview could occur, just prepare as you would for any interviews. Hope someone with knowledge of AC as specific to NBC will add to this.

You will play a Manager Role; Will have to take decisions based on provided info and conditions. You may actually take about an hour, so make sure internet connection is good but don't rush, you have to take as many right decisions as possible. Goodluck!

To let the people back home know you are fine in a situation where events like heavy downpour hold you back beyond expectation. Please come with your phones, just like other dragnet tests I've done, you will get a place to keep your phone but at your risk. Just get there an hour or two before time, but don't approach the venue until the stipulated time.
