Episode 4
"Olumide don't you think this is the best way to tell Olamide about us?

I don't like this secret relationship. I don't want to lose you". her eyes grew misty.

Olumide walked up to her, he took her by her hands and lifted her chin up.

"Ivy, I Love you so much, and I can't deny that.

I don't want you to get hurt. Let us wait for the right time". He assured her.

"when would the right time come, you're a medical doctor, you are setting up your own hospital.

Baby can't you see, time...

He didn't allow her to complete her statement, he leaned forward towards her and he pressed his lips softly on her pink lips.

She welcomed his sweet like berry lips into hers.

Her lips cleaved in a small motioned manner, she felt the tip of his tongue making way into her mouth.

She could feel the warmth of his tongue in hers.

She slightly sucks on the tip of his tongue.

She could feel his muscular arms pulling her into a much intimate embrace.

His cologne is as strong as midnight sex.

She made a slow, circling motion around his tongue with hers.

She ran her fingers through his torso lifting up his shirt.

He kissed her around her neck region, his left hand caressed her bum.. She moaned.

She knew he wanted her at that moment. She wanted more.

He pulled away when he heard the clink of the door.

At first she thought he rejected her, then the realization dawned on her.

They had an intruder. Not just anyone but the person she felt she betrayed. Olamide......

How would she explain this to her best friend, that she has an affair with her brother.

She was abashed.

"Olamide I can explain" Ivy said with a trembling hands.

"Explain what? That I got you making out with my brother, only heaven knows what you would have done if I didn't show up." She yelled

"I don't get, she was not trying to rape me and we are not kids for crying out loud." Olumide was frustrated.

He angrily pulled Ivy's wrist and left the house leaving Olamide standing like she saw a ghost.
.
.
.

The news was everywhere.

"TEJU ADEWALE" the son of a billionaire, CEO of Walls group of Company got into a brawl with a cad because of a lady.

"Can you see, your son has finally succeeded in humiliating this Family." Mr. Adewale voiced out angrily.

Mrs Adewale went down on her knees.

"Please forgive him, he is so ignorant." Mrs Adewale pleaded.

"There is nothing I can do, unless he stop seeing that useless Lady." Mr. Adewale said

"I will talk to him and I know he would heed.
Oko mi ejo, ema bimu. She pleaded.

"Just talk to him" he angrily stormed out.
.
.
.
"Mum, I can't leave her, she is my life, I love her so much" Teju told his mum.

"omo mi, I understand you, but for the main time heed to your father's wish.

If you know I carried you for Nine month, do as your father wishes" she was almost in tears.

"Motigbo ma, e ma ke mo". (it is okay mum, cry no more) He stood up from the bed to embrace his mother.

He didn't understand why he lost his temper so easily at the restaurant.

He wasn't even dating her, why was he so interested in her.

He felt like killing that bastard that ruined his day. How could he face Olamide he wondered.

He was about to ask her out before the idiot showed up.

He picked up his phone deliberately to call her or not. When her call came in.
Talking about the devil.

He didn't pick the call. He wanted to see her, he wanted her to shade more light to the darkness. If only if, he knew better.
.
.

"Mom, your car keys. I don't wanna be late for work. First impression matters you know." Olamide sounded happy.

"No no no no, am going out today, and I can't allow you to drive my Honda Accord.

You should have asked your brother to drop you at work." she complained.

"But mum". She pouted her mouth.

"You can take a taxi, am sure you don't wanna be late." Mrs. Martins pecked her daughter.

They heard the clinking sound of the door.

"Olami are you expecting anyone?" her mom asked.

"No mum, don't worry, am gonna get it." She stood up from the setter.

She opened the door.

"Teju" she looked surprise.

"Are u gonna let me in or keep staring at me" he asked with a puzzled look.

"Uhm I was about going out, I don't wanna be late." She said

"I can drop you off if you don't mind." He told her.

"Never mind, am going with my car." she lied.

"Oh I just", he was interrupted by her mum.

"Good Morning Son." Mrs Martins greeted him.

"Olamide why didn't you invite him in. Come in Gentleman." She said

Olamide knew what her mom was planning, so decided to cover up.

"We were about leaving, he offered to drop me off to work." She told her mum.

"Yes ma, we were about to leave ma. Thanks ma. See you later." He bent his head as a gesture of respect.

"Okay, I would invite you over for dinner next time. She smiled

"What a charming young man, I know he would be a perfect match for my daughter" She hoped.
.
.
.

"Why are you smiling? Say something." She was curious to know what he had in mind.

"I don't talk while I drive." he made a straight face.

She couldn't read his mind, she didn't know if he meant what he said or he was joking. She kept mute.

"I want to know everything that happened between you and that asshole, i will pick you up this evening." He said.

'okay'. She muttered.

She wanted to say so many things to him but at that moment, Okay was just the perfect word she could mutter.

Episode 3

'Am so sorry, are you okay' Teju apologized

'yeah am okay, was not careful enough, I need to clean up. She left for the restroom.

Olamide needed to be alone, she couldn't understand why she felt so jittery.

'is it because he was so cute?' she wondered.

'Ivy, I don't know how we lost contact, but here is my business card' he gave her his business card.

'Don't forget to call me' he smiled while taking his leave.

'okay, no problem...... bye' Ivy waved her hands to bid him goodbye..
.
.
.
'
Teju couldn't stop thinking about. Olamide. He wondered why she possess his mind so much.

He got work to do, he couldn't go into any relationship for now, it was for his good.

He blamed himself for not asking for Olamide digit.

He jerked back when he heard the ring back tone of his phone.

'oh ivy, she called at the right time' he thought.

He just spoke with Ivy, he was delighted to have spoken with her.

He arranged a date with her but she told him she won't be opportuned to come that she would make it up with him.
.
.

'Ivy, what about Teju? Do you think he would be able to make it if I invite him over? Olamide gazed at the tv set.

'ehm I don't think so, but he invited me over, would you love to go? Ivy asked

'just like a date?' she lost focus on the tv program when she heard this.

'yeah' Ivy answered her question.

'so tell me, why are you doing this? Thought you said you had a crush on him back then? Olamide asked

'yeah, I did but am in love now, with someone that thinks my imperfection is a perfection.

Someone that loves my flaws, just the way I am. She smiled after saying this.

'wow, I never knew you are so good with words, so tell me the lucky guy.' She clapped her hands in a playful manner.

'I don't know if you would approve this relationship, am scared to choose between you two, when it is time, you will know.' She said with a worried look.

'we are sisters, and I would definitely accept what you love.' she stood up from the setter, and embraced Ivy.
.
.
.

Olamide, applied light make up on her face. She was putting on a simple blue gown.

Not that she was not excited, but it was just a normal date with no strings attached, he has called earlier and asked her to go out with him, he just wanted to know her more.

She was still contemplating on the footwear that is gonna fit her outfit perfectly well, when she heard the doorbell ring.

She hurriedly, dismissed everything she was doing and went for the door.

'wow, you look gorgeous' he complimented her.

'you not looking bad too' she blushed.

'are we good to go?' he asked.

'would be back in a jiffy' she went upstairs.
.
.
.
'so where are we heading to?' Olamide asked

'somewhere to just eat, relax and to be familiar with each other.' He answered.

'okay, ride on, as far as am safe.' she replied.

They didn't utter any word until they got to the restaurant.

'what would you love to take?' he asked.

'uhm chicken and chips is okay' she looked kinda shy when she replied him.

'okay, your wish is my command' he said jokingly.

'can you tell me more about yourself? She raised her left eyebrow

'Am Teju Adewale.' He answered

'is that all?' she asked with a questioning look.

"Adewale" that name sounds so familiar but she couldn't remember where she heard the name from.

'am gonna get married soon' he replied.

'huh! So who is she? She looked surprise

'she is somewhere sitting with the most handsome guy on earth.' he replied.

'please don't flatter yourself'. She chuckled.

Olamide was so engross with the discussion that she didn't notice Lucas was coming closer to her direction.

Lucas was putting on a shirt and chinos trouser, he was not the muscular type.

His looks was impressive. He had a smile on his face but later turned to a smirk as their eyes met.

Lucas was Olamide ex. She really liked him back then because he was her partner in crime.

They have committed so much atrocity.

She vividly remembered when he was a Gee guy and she receives most of his foreign calls.

All those days they cruised the whole town. They had to party hard after hitting jackpot.

He broke up with her because he caught her sleeping with her brother's friend (Tobi) a day before his wedding.

Lucas didn't give her time to paraphrase herself.

He accused her for everything. He painted her like the real serpent.

'So we meet again?' Lucas had a smirk on his face.

'LUCAS' Olamide whispered his name

'Gentleman, good afternoon' Teju greeted Lucas.

'Bleep off nigga, I got no business with you but with this bitch sitting right here.' Lucas fired back

'Don't you have respect for ladies? Even though you don't respect ladies, you must respect her, she is my lady. Teju flared up.

'Wow, did he just say that, His lady' she was happy, 'oh this not the time to be happy' she thought.

'Don't tell me this tramp is your lady' he mocked Teju

Before she could say Jack Robinson, a heavy blow landed on Lucas face.

She was terrified, she didn't want them to fight because of her. She knew Lucas, he couldn't hurt a fly; but he was rude.

A part of her was happy Lucas was getting the beating of his life.
'this was not the time to judge' she thought.

She was shaking like jellyfish, she looked around, this was not a movie, this was real.

The security men came around to settle the brawl between them.

Olamide was flummoxed, she didn't know what to do.

She felt like crying, she feared Teju would end everything they had when they haven't started at all.

She took her bag and left the premises.

She didn't even notice paparazzi where around. All she wanted to do was to stay away from the problems she caused.
.
.
.
She didn't even knock when she reached home. She had no time for that. She opened the door ajar and saw the most shocking scene ever.

Olumide and Ivy were caressing and kissing each other like two lost lovebirds......

Olamide Martins couldn't utter any word, she kept staring at her dad

like he was an Angel from above.

She Shouldn't have done what her

friends suggested back then, when she was in school.

She was in serious trouble, she couldn't apologize to her dad.

'Sorry' was a word she couldn't use.

Femi Martins, a Man in his early sixties, he kept staring at his daughter in awe.

How could she have the courage to

kidnap him and even make him lose one of his precious eyes.

"Will you keep staring at me like am a tv show? Come give papa a hug." he opened his hands wide to receive

His once favorite daughter.

When Olamide was in school, back then, she asked her father for a sum of 800,000 for her bash party

but he gave her half of the sum she asked for.

As an extravagant person, the sum her dad dropped

down was trivial. She was mislead by her friends to arrange for the abduction of her dad.

During the process her birdbrained friends ended up beating her dad

inexorable because his family delayed the ransom.

She kept looking down at her feet for a miracle to happen even though she didn't believe such.

She prayed inwardly for the ground to devour her but instead she was

jolted by her Dad's voice.

"I thought you would be remorseful but you're not.

You are going to start work on Monday, which is final and you are

working in a bank" he said with finality.

"But dad you know, I can work in your company, i won't even have

time for myself if i work in bank, and am still a kid" she replied him

"Hahahahha Kid indeed, am even expecting you to bring your boyfriend home soon." He laughed

"Don't worry, I got it covered, you will have to work for 3days a week,

and am ending your monthly allowance." He sipped his drink.

"But dad, this is not fair, why didn't you do this, all these years?

She asked with a shaky voice.

"Reasons best know to me". He replied.

Olamide wish she could change things in the past, things were not working well for her.

If only wishes were horse beggars would ride.
.

.

.

"Do you think i can really do this" olamide asked with a gloomy face.

"Yeah, you can do it, if you can think it, you can do it." Ivy replied her with a smile.

"Am starving, lets get something to eat" ivy said while touching her tummy.

"Am not hungry" olamide replied her.

"Come on" she pushed her lips out forming a pout.

"On one condition" olamide had a smirk on her face.

"Whats that"? Ivy asked

"All my bills is on you" she said

"But that is not fair, well a beggar has no choice, lets go."

she walked out of the room with her handbag clung around her shoulder.
.
.

"Hmmmm this is yummy" Ivy said with a mouthful of chicken.

"Everything is yummy to you, am not surprised" olamide replied her.

"See who we have here". Teju said while moving towards the girls.

Teju is a very old friend of Ivy. He met her when she went for a concert.

He was her secret admirer but she didn't have the courage to tell him.

Teju is 6'0 feet tall, with a well shaved beards and beautiful brown eyes.

He has an athletic physique and charisma. He was putting on a well suited tuxedo. He was a charmer.

Olamide looked at him from head to toe, he looked like an office person and he was so cute.

"I don't think he can fall for someone like me" she thought.

When he moved closer, he noticed olamide had a comely-figure which was stem-thin.

Her crescent shaped eyebrows inclined slightly, when she noticed he was staring at her.

Her languid eye lashes blinked continuously. She was nervous.

"Ivy, am really happy to see you" he embraced Ivy so tight she could inhale his cologne.

"Hi am Teju Adewale" he stretched his hand forward to receive hers.

A set of dazzling, white teeth gleamed as she opened her mouth to reply him.

"Am olamide Martins" she replied.

She was ready to receive his hands stretched forward to her, when she

mistakenly spilled her juice all over her knee-length gown.
