Nice Storyline tho.

Earlier today, I wanted to copy some program files on someone's laptop.

My flash drive was not with me so i decided to use my memory card instead with a card reader.

When i connected the card reader to the usb port and opened my files with the autorun options, i sae that every folder on the memory card is displayed as shortcuts. I immediately removed the card reader to prevent further spreading of the virus.

When i got how i used Check Disk command on cmd ' chkdsk d:/f ' to fix it and it was able to recover some hidden files but the shortcut problem is not solved. I don't want to do the very last option which is wiping the memory card with Diskpart because some files are so important that i dare not lose.

What should i do?

Episode 12
She looked at him from head to toe.
Still tall and cute just like the first day she met him. The memories came rushing, why would she forget someone like him so easily." she thought.

"Oh you still remember my name" a smile lurked around his lips.

"Oh yes, was surprised you are the patient Ivy was talking about." she told him.

"Take a seat." she offered him.

"I never knew you guys met before. At least acknowledge my presence." Ivy said before taking a seat beside pete.

"Am sorry about that Ivy, I met Olamide in the bank the first day I arrived from the state." he told Ivy.

"So many things happened Mide, but I thank God. How have you been? He asked.

Olamide was just staring, she loved the way he called her name. "Mide"

"What does he mean that a lot has happened? What is the fact that he was sick?" a lot was running through her mind.

"Mide??" he called her name again.

"Uhm, fine fine. What would you love to take? Am sorry for my manners." she apologised.

"Actually I was planning to take you ladies out. I really wanna know more about you two. Hope you don't mind?" he asked

"I don't think that is nece.....

She was interrupted by Ivy.

"Oh that is a good idea." Ivy replied beaming from ear to ear.

"Am not interested." Olamide made a straightface.

"But I don't see anything wrong with the invitation, we just need to chill and that's all." Ivy tried to convince Olamide.

"It's okay, if you are not going." Pete replied.

"Why don't we play a game?" Olamide asked.

"Q and A. We ask each other questions, and we give answers. Not really a game" She continued.

"So.......who is in" she asked.
" hope your game won't make me sleep." Ivy asked.

She didn't like the game idea. All she wanted to do was to go out and have fun. Right now, she has no choice.

"Okay who is playing first?" she asked.

"Pick me pick me." Pete answered in a funny way.

"Okay, spin your bottle, and whatsoever it direct to, ask the person your question." Olamide said.

The game was getting interesting, they were getting to know each other.

"What will you do, if you were told you have twenty-four hours to live?" Olamide directed her questions to Pete.

She didn't know the gravity of the question she asked.

Ivy looked at her in a way that she felt guilty.

"A cute guy like me can't die young nah, but to be candid, the God that I serve won't take my life now." he smiled.

"The God you serve can't protect you? Why did he make you an Ss patient?" she asked.

"Actually, my parents are at fault. Don't you believe? He asked.

"You are only permitted to ask one question at a time. Don't break the rule Olamide." Ivy told her.

"I need to pee." Ivy said as she left for the rest room.

"What happened after you left the bank that day?" Olamide asked Pete.

"You are too curious, and I like that. I would explain in details to you." he told her.

.
.
.
.
"Dad, you shouldn't have talked to her that way. Am sure she felt bad. Now she would think am a liar and a cheat. How would I explain all this to her." Teju complained to his father.

"I never married your mother because of Love. Only the weak Love. When I was just like you, I was stupid and weak because I was in love.

"You have a date with Cynthia Williams" he told his son.

"I want to know more." Teju looked at his father, he knew the Man has a lot of explanation."

"Listen more and talk less." Mr.Adewale replied.

"Oh no. What is all these. He hasn't heard from Olamide since she left. He has been trying to call but she isn't picking.

He wondered what his Dad meant with the words he said. He was sure he is not a weak guy but when it comes to Olamide, everything changes. He must prove to his father that he is young and strong. He is not a weakling."

"I need Cynthia Williams contact." he told his father.

Episode 11

"Morning sweet" Teju removed the duvet Olamide used to cover herself.

"Morning to you" she yawned.

"What the heck, why didn't you wake me up? I didn't tell anyone I would sleep over." she cussed as she tried to find where she kept her phone.

"When I came in, I noticed you slept off. I didn't want to disturb you. Am sorry" he pleaded.

"Here is your phone" he handed her, her samsung galaxy s7."

"Thanks." she said as she took the phone from him to check the calls she missed.

She quickly placed a call through her mum and informed her mum about her whereabouts.

"I guess mum is not annoyed? He asked looking concerned.

"Not at all, she was worried. I need to take my leave now." she stood up from the king size bed as she said this.

"Am sorry, uhm about what happened last night." he apologised.

"It is nothing, am also sorry for turning you down." she glanced at him.

"Why don't you freshen up? Breakfast is ready and father is downstairs. Don't you want to meet my father?" He said to ease the tension between them.

"Not that, just that..." she scratched the back of her head, uncertain of what to say.

"Everything is alright, don't worry." he kissed her forehead before he left his room.
.
.
.
.
.
"Morning mum, morning Dad." Teju greeted his parents.

It is a normal routine for the ADEWALES' to have breakfast together before leaving for their various activities.

"Good morning Son, your mother and I have been waiting for you, you know I have an appointment this morning." Mr Adewale told his Son.

"Am sorry for the delay sir." Teju apologised.

"It is nothing son."

As Mr.Adewale closed his eyes, preparing to bless the food, he heard a feminine voice which he was sure was not the maid in duty that morning.

"Good morning ma." Olamide knelt down to greet Mrs.Adewale.

She also noticed a man in his late fifties, an older version of Teju. She guessed he should be Teju's Father.

"Good morning sir." she went down on her knees as a sign of respect.

"Morning my daughter, how was your night?" Mrs.Adewale responded to her greeting.

"Fine ma." she said still on her knees.

Mr.Adewale kept staring at the young lady who just greeted him.

How could he look like a guest in his own house, when the real guest was in their midst, but something was peculiar about this lady. He wondered why his wife responded to the lady as if she knew her for ages.

Yes, that eyes of hers, and her nose, why was he so dumb not to have notice it at first. She really looks like Funmi. Maybe not, he was just hallucinating. Thanks to the excess stress he has been passing through recently.

"Dad am sorry you two have to meet this way." Teju broke the silence.

"Dad this Olamide( my girlfriend), Olamide, my father." he introduced them to each other.

"Oh stand up my dear, take a seat." Mr.Adewale offered her a seat.

"Olamide if you don't mind, you can join us with the meal." he said as he closed his eyes to bless the food.

"So, can you tell me about your family?" he asked her.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Olamide has been so moody since she got back from the Adewale's house.

How can Mr.Adewale tell her to stay away from Teju. Things were really getting complicated.

She wondered why Teju hid the fact that he was getting married soon. Not to a stranger but to a childhood friend. "Cynthia Williams".

"But why was Mr.Adewale so keen meeting her mum? Mr Adewale never liked her. She had to stop thinking about this, it is making her freak out." she thought.

"Hey bae, is anything wrong?" I have been standing here since without you noticing." Ivy hopped on the settee.

"Uhm it's nothing." Olamide replied.

"Are you trying to hide things from me? Is it about Teju? About your work? Is anybody disturbing you? Are you pregnant? Did you get duped? Is your.....

"Haba, how many questions at a time? Shey na hundred mouth I get ni? Olamide chuckled softly

"So what is the matter?" Ivy was too curious.

"Hold on nah, I would tell you every thing but before that you have to gist me about how he proposed to you." she giggled.

"It was so romantic" Ivy blushed.

"The full gist, abeg." she was eager to hear the gist.

"Abeg chill. He proposed to me in the hospital, in front of....

"Hahaha don't tell me he proposed to you in front of sick people," Olamide couldn't stop laughing.

"Why are you like this nah, you didn't let me complete the gist seff." she looked annoyed.

"Am sorry, I don't understand how you are able to cope with a doctor. They are not romantic at all.

I guess he proposed in a boring way" She said with a smirk on her face.

"Whatever, am not complaining." she hissed aloud before walking out.

"Am sorry nah, didn't mean to provoke you." Olamide ran after Ivy.

"Please, am sorry, please." She begged Ivy.

"Am not annoyed jorh, I was just doing shakara." Ivy smiled.

"I have something to discuss with you." Ivy looked serious.

"Ehn ehn, am all ears." Olamide paid attention to what ivy was about to say.

"But before I discuss it with you, tell me what happened to you." Ivy told her.

"Oh no, you are such a pain in the neck ." Olamide shook her head.

"It is about Teju, I slept over at his place. We didn't do anything o, I actually turned him down, but the main thing is that Teju is cheating on me and his father dislikes me but I don't know why." Olamide looked Sad.

"Do you think he is gonna break up with me?" she asked Ivy.

"I don't think so Olamide, do you know how many weeks or months Teju waited for you just to say Yes to him? I think the guy really likes you. Do you love him?" she asked.

"Actually I really like him, but I don't think I love him how can I love him when I don't love myself? She asked as her eyebrow creased as if to look cross.

"You will never change. That is why am telling you to accept Jesus as your Lord and saviour, if you accept Jesus as .....

"Please and please, if you know, you want to preach, you can go to church and do that. Mtcheew." Olamide hissed.

"Wetin you wan tell me seff ehn, I no get time o." she spoke in pidgin.

"Am sorry, but God knows that am trying my best for you.
Your brother needs our help. He want us to meet one of his patient. Am sure you are gonna like the guy, the guy is cool. Just friends.
I told him to come over, he would soon be here." she explained.

"Am not interested." Olamide replied as she folded her arms.

"Please now. Okay just meet him for once, and if you can't be his friend, I would look for a way out. Please just act cool if he arrives." Ivy begged.

"Okay, No problem. All is well." Olamide clasp her hands together.
.
.

Few hours later......
The doorbell chimed.........

"Who is it?" Ivy said aloud as she sprang to her feet.

She smiled at her visitor as she opened the door.

"Oh, you are welcome." she hugged her visitor.

"Come in, she is around." she told him.

Olamide was so engrossed with her phone, she didn't realise he was standing inches away from her.

"Hi, we meet again" he greeted her.

"Pete." Olamide whispered his name as she looked up.
