I thought INEC said the result are uploaded immediately at a go. And immediately it was uploaded, the results was downloaded. And it was the same result INEC used in declaring Adeleke the winner. Why is INEC now using the word 'Synchronised' days after. How long does it takes for the result to be uploaded?

Result declared is from the form EC8 which was captured and sent to INEC website, accreditation was done on BVAS directly and separately.

You should have noticed that the report was put up his view. He is explaining how he sees the judgement. I have read the judgement and I know what I am saying.

Hmmmm! Somebody is expressing his view on the judgement and you are quoting him again. Why not from direct speech?
