It was fair, I was mostly asked competency based questions.
Questions relating to how I've dealt with customers in the past.
How I'm able to work collaboratively with others.
You might also be asked some questions based on the cv you submitted.
I was also asked why I chose UBA

Click on "UBA Graduate Recruitment 30 Seconds Video Presentation" in the email, there's a form link attached to it.

You can find it in item 9 on the bullet list in the email.

Pls what did you use in place of the BVN slip
I'm certain not everybody used the slip

And the deadline to submit is Monday and
Banks are not open till Monday..so it's kind of difficult

Use your NIN slip in place of BVN printout

There's a link in the email for the self pitch video which leads to a short form. copy the link of the video from Loom and paste it in the appropriate field

I also received a call to send my documents again (I sent them in the morning but they claimed they didn't receive it, so I had to send them again)

I wonder how they expect candidates to solve the mathematics without calculator. If they won't accept calculator , that means pen and paper isn't accepted too.

You can use a calculator, but be sure to not wave it in front of your camera!
You can just place it on your table and use it without lifting it up.
Worked for me in the past!

To be frank, I didn't use any study pack or PQ.
I guess it's just due to previous experience from workforce assessment tests, which I have failed many in the past.

But if you're having workforce test you should expect questions like:
Conclusion follows, conclusion does not follow
Assumption made, Assumption not made

Try to read on those kind of questions as they are always coming out.
The Numerical part is just basic math like percentages, ratios; although some might include graphs, it's all just about interpreting the graphs.
Then the abstract part can come in different forms. Just try to see if you can quickly establish a pattern, if not, you should attempt other questions in order not to waste time.

TIP: If you are finding any question too difficult, skip it or just select randomly. cos if you waste too much time on it, it will eat your time and might not be able to finish all questions

The assessment was in three part

Analytical exercise; we were given a case study to read and answer the questions attached to the case study, the answers were presented in slide( power point presentation ) , designing of the slide, answering the questions and going through the case study was 1hr. Then after some time you will be called to present the slide to a panel( 5mins for presentation, 10mins for questions and answers )

Competency based interview ( this is to test ones suitability for role, questions were asked based on how you handled situations in the time past, it is about 30mins)

Group discussion ( you will be given another case study to analyze as a group, and to provide answers to the questions attached, you will be given 10mins to go through it on your own and 20 mins to discuss as a group), there isn't any presentation attached to this, the assessor's will be there with you all through listenimg to your conversations.

numerical reasoning without calculator�. That also was accounting not even mathematics. They were so harsh to me

Didn't really follow their no calculator rule! after doing the 360° scan, I placed it on my table.. away from the reach of the camera

Well, the email sent said the use of calculator will be allowed.
