You seem to be ignorant. Israel also has the missiles to send to Iran, but it is a costly option.
But it is much cheaper and more cost effective to fly warplanes to bomb a foreign country, than firing ballistic missiles. But you need to be able to overpower the enemy airspace before you can fly warplanes over their territory and bomb them. So Israel is able to bomb Iran easily for cheap. But Iran is now using very very expensive missiles to attack Israel which they cannot sustain for a long time. It takes several months and or years to be able to build or manufacture a missile.
So in the long run, Iran will run short of missiles. That is when the havoc will be done by the side that is able to fly warplanes to attack.
